Yesterday I went to Bel Air, as I was given a 40 dollar gift card. I purchased 26 dollars of items, and was checking out. And was told my gift card was not valid, I had called before I went to verify the balance on the card was 40 dollars. The employee Samir was extremely rude, insisting that my gift card didn’t work. He was typing the number very quickly, and mistyped it, after I asked him if he had typed it correctly (there were 8 zeros in a row, hard to count) he insisted there were 7. Come to find out when I got to my car I called again and the card indeed had 40 dollars on it. The employee was extremely rude, and did not seem to care, I ended up paying with debit, and I will not be returning.

Specifically deli. No service. Just stood there. Michelle was on the phone and couldn't be bothered. Three people said someone would be with me soon. I don't have time to stand around and be ignored on my lunch hour.

I used to go here when I first moved to Rocklin in 1994. Mostly go to Nugget market. But, thought I would go in and see how it is. Well, I couldn’t find help anywhere and it was completely dead inside on a Monday, mid morning. I finally went to a cashier, who looked bothered. Just asked if they had a KETO section. She abruptly said “No” and that I need to look all around the store. Asked if they had sugar free chocolate and such. Looked at me like I was asking for something very unusual. Could tell she and the other workers around her could care less about being there or helping anyone. Will avoid this place as it has gone downhill.

Customer service is the main reason I love Bel Air. The friendly staff are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that you have a great shopping experience. Kudos to Connie in the bakery department. ?

Went to the store to grab some groceries and made the first stop at the deli, with a sign on the counter that says open daily 6am - 9pm and it was 8:10pm and the way I was greeted was,"The deli is closed." The girl behind the counter named Savannah was rude and I had pointed out that the sign says until 9pm and her response once again was,"No the deli is closed." A clerk named Sonja was near by who knows me by name and I asked her what's the deal with the deli and she asked Savannah if the slicer was already cleaned and was told yes and I was told sorry Jenn. So for working parents like myself that have kids in sports and other responsibilities to tend to and I can finally make it to the store around 8pm to be told the deli is closed is unacceptable. You should change the sign if that's the case. I stopped shopping at another local store for the same issue and tonight my son and I left to go shop at The Nugget where they gladly greeted us and helped us with our deli needs.

Customer Service is gone! There is no customer service counter anymore to go to with your concerns or questions. There was one checker today on Monday morning that left the self check out is the only other option.I'm not trained on how to work here, I'm just a customer. So when I asked the lady in charge of self check out how to do my oranges, she scolded me and tried to train me on how to look for the item number, and input it . I did not realize I was on the clock. At least 10 people in line behind me. Shouldn't they open up another checkout lane?

I needed tomatoes and went here because theirs were good. In fact, Bel Air's produce is consistently good.

I've been shopping at BelAir since this store opened years ago. Service has always been superb. They stock most everything I need. I am seeing they are trying to get shoppers to use self-checkout which is not something I use. On some occasions there is only one check-out with a store employee which can cause delays.

I’ve been shopping at Bel Air for years and I’ve noticed a rapid decline of their cashiers being rude and always seem they’re in a bad mood. Most of the times they won’t even acknowledge you standing in front of them, only when they had you your receipt ! You can really see the difference of the nice and joyful demeanor from the employees at the Nugget and Whole Foods. And not to mention those Markets quality of food and produce is 100 times better than Bel Air !Good bye Bel Air, you just lost a customer and I’m sure many customers have already moved on.

While everyone knows that Bel Air is overpriced, the service is unmatched. There was a meat-cutter (they really don't like being called a "butcher"!) available on Labor Day!

This Bel Air is a very good neighborhood Grocery store. As always it’s the employees that make a store, everyone here is nice.

Great pharmacy and staff. They are always helpful when I need them to contact my Doctors office to expedite my medication refills.
