Absolutely incompetent. My family had ordered a washer from this organization, and it was scheduled to be delivered 1 week later. When the washer arrived, the delivery person dropped the washer and broke it. We had to call customer service and the sales rep. to reschedule the delivery date. We were told it would be delivered in 5 days. The day before the second delivery date, I called to confirm the delivery, but was given no accountability by the customer service, the Rocklin Office staff, and sales rep. We found out that no action was taken after this organization had broken the washer. When we tried to get a refund, we continued to meet their no accountability of their actions. I filed a complaint with their corporate office.

I had gone into the store multiple times over a few months looking and deciding on the color and style of couch and/or couch and chair set that I wanted. Their sales person, Ralph was great and nothing but helpful. I actually ended up with a couch and chair set rather than a sectional. Ralph was very helpful and communicative. *It was the rest of the company that ruined my experience for me. Since my purchase, I have had numerous deliveries now of broken furniture each time needing to take time off of work and losing pay to be there in their broad 4hr window of a delivery time. The delivery team is mostly awful with the exception of maybe a couple guys. The first trip they brought out my couch where it didn't align and the chairs with usb ports that didn't work, then the replacement couch still was defective x2 more times, the times they brought out replacement chairs they all had problems from being dropped, ripped fabric, making awful noise when raising it up, greased stain from the truck and broken in some way. Not to mention one crew rushing to get the old set out and instead of taking the back of the chair off, they try to manuver the chair out my front door only to damage my drywall while trying to make the corner. I've been on the phone numerous times to get my order exchanged out and correct. They finally got my couch replaced but chairs were on back order so I had to wait. In the meantime for my trouble after so many trips with broken furniture and problems they gave me a discount. After not hearing from them about the chairs and having the damaged loaners with tags still on them, I contacted the store and they are trying to say it's been more than 14 days so they won't exchange it. So I can either have my discount or the exchange not both. The corporate office says no it's part of the original problem and that my exchange should be fulfilled. The Rocklin store has not fulfilled their agreement. The management team is a bunch of liars retracting on their word to discount due to my bad experience and no one fulfills what they say they will do. They look in the computers and say they have no record of conversations I've had with corporate office, yet corporate office said that they have the records and notes. Corporate office said they would have someone reach out to me about my chairs and no one called as of a couple weeks ago. Learn from my mistake...go to Lazyboy or a long standing company and pay more. At least your buying from an honest company with reputation for quality and guarantee on the products they sale who also takes care of their customers. If you like to spend almost 2-3k to have broken damaged products in your home and no one fulfilling the agreement...then give RC Willey a call.

We have been shopping with RC Willey for over 20 years and we have spent a lot of money on furniture, appliances, electronics, etc. Therefore, we are very familiar with what to expect when we shop at your store. However, the experience we had last Saturday in your Rocklin store, was an all-time low. We went in to buy a dishwasher and a water heater. I had done my research and brought along coupons with me to add to my purchases. We started shopping in the Appliances section and we were met by a 60+ year old woman in dark/gray hair who offered to help us. Unfortunately, there was to be only confusion created, a demonstration of a complete lack of knowledge of appliances and no attempt to help us with our purchase. I brought in the manual to our existing Bosch dishwasher, to ensure the dishwasher we purchased would fit properly. She struggled finding anything in her computer that matched, even though the dimensions were standard. Then she proceeded to tell us only a Bosch would fit. I said that was not true. When pushed, she said, "Oh, yes, our GEs have adjustable feet, they should work". We settled on a nice GE and we went to the computer to schedule a delivery date. She first told us she had a Thursday and a Friday available for delivery. I said Friday works great. Then she said, "Friday is not available, how about 2 weeks from Monday?" I said, what about Thursday? She checked and and low and behold Thursday was available. Her incompetence was going to push us out by 2 more weeks than necessary. I then showed her the email RC Willey sent to me on 3/28 about a 1/2 off installation for Dishwashers over $499. She said it was only for Bosch...I pointed out to her that it was for 6 different manufacturers, including our GE purchase. It also did not have an expiration date anywhere on the ad. We asked to her to check with her manager. She came back and said it was part of a big Sale that ended last week weekend. I said, that is not ethical to send a coupon without a printed expiration date and that we were very good long term customers and we should be given consideration as such. She was unwillingly to do anything for us. I am positive she only wanted her commission and had no interest in helping us, believing we would cave as senior citizens who probably had plenty of money to suck up the installation costs. We walked out at this point...leaving her standing their with her mouth open. There was no effort by her to try and make things right. She clearly could have spoken to her manager and called us back...but nothing happened. For $85, you lost a $1200 sale for the dishwasher, and probably another $1000+ on the water heater for her arrogance and lack of customer service orientation. We are beyond fed up with this treatment and we will never, ever shop at your stores again. I hope it was worth it.

Purchased a large sofa in 2022. The parts crumbled for the recline keeping it partially open in December 2023. Had a tech come to repair 2 weeks later advised they had to order parts possibly 30 days. In late January we were contacted to order parts and pay. February no parts received. Advised mid March. Today we were advised late April. Customer service told us they will not do anything however long it takes to get the part we have to wait! or we can get the money back for the parts and buy a new sofa at full price. We won't purchase ever again. They offer zero solutions and honestly could not have cared less.

Canceled the sale requested a refund but instead of a refund they mistakenly charged me an additional $4092 when this showed up on my statement I contacted the store and they credited my account $8000 so I contacted the store, where is my $92 And they're telling me I have to drive from Yuba city to Sacramento to show them my statement to revive the funds 7 phone calls

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced after purchasing your very expensive chair being told it was here in California where I am only to find out it's in Utah over a week late and all customer service can tell me is they have no way of knowing where my furniture is other than it's scheduled for delivery and thought they were being humorous when they told me it should be here sometime before Christmas for them not to be able to track an order that has been paid for and is a week late is unacceptable I've never heard of such a thing getting ready to furnish a four bedroom house I won't be doing it through RC Willey

Update: It is now March 3rd and RC Willey still has NOT reversed the double charge. They continue to inaccurately report information to the credit bureaus with this inflated balance. The reversal has been pending in my account since 01/30/24, and I am having to once again take time out of my day to follow up and determine if this this warrants further action with the bureaus and/or FCRA attorneys.

We have purchased quite a few items from RC Willey. From bedroom sets, living room furniture to carpet. Each time we have made a purchase it has been a seamless process with great interaction with the sales floor teams. The value and quality of the items we have purchased are very nice. We purchased a sleigh bed and night stands and they are quite sturdy and beautiful. Our next purchase was carpet for our theater room. It is the most comfortable squishy floor to hang out. The installation team was awesome. Watching them work so fast and efficiently. It was great. Our most recent was a zero gravity recliner that has proven to be super in quality. I highly recommend this business

Buyer Beware , So we see an item we want to purchase online at this Rocklin,California location, the item states right below the item "IN STOCK". So we go to this location and check the floor model out, this sales person lady (Teresa) comes up and starts immediately talking poorly about our purchase choice and this store locations terrible internet etc. After 15 minutes of just trying to get info on purchasing and where to load this stove up at the store or will they bring it out to our truck? This lady Teresa (Bad attitude,passive aggressive,rude and argumentative Teresa) says " oh this item is in stock, just that it's in stock in their UTAH Warehouse - WTF!!! , lesson learned for us - call first, that is a manipulative deceitful tactic by this company,showing this item in stock on their website, making it seem like it's in stock at this store location. After walking through a bombardment of sales people to get to the area we wanted and dealing with this terrible Teresa, we made our purchase and won't ever be back.

we purchased a brand new fridge 3 weeks ago, fridge came in the box DAMAGED!!! called store and had another delivery set for today, which fridge came without a box and missing the dividers for the snack drawer and had MULTIPLE dents (floor model) I am assuming , called store and now they will deliver yet another fridge fridge in 1 week . I asked customer service to compensate for our time and inconvenience and they offered a $100 gift card. tomorrow I plan to call the store to speak to a manger and tell them that this is unacceptable!! I will never use them again. last time I had a brand new couch delivered and their delivery persons (2 of them) demanded a $50 tip each and I just had knee replacement the week prior., luckily we had cameras with sound to give to the store in which they compensated us. prior to that we bought bar stools and they automatically fell apart within NO TIME. crappy store and crappy employees and their products are poorly made, please avoid RC WILLEY and save ur time and money and go elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I have been a customer for many years and bought a ton of furniture etc., but never had to return or warranty anything until this year and it was an absolute fiasco. I had an issue with an end piece to a sectional couch that I thought I may have attached it incorrectly as it was wobbly so I tried to call and have someone come out to look at it. I have a very busy schedule and many times I don't get free till the evenings which was a challenge because the store till recently closed at 7. Finally I got someone to come out and take a look at the couch and they determined that the cushion was defective and wanted to order and replace the cushion. (What???) That didn't make any sense, so I called and disputed this...so they had to have another person come out to diagnose the issue... this time they say a part of the frame needs to be replaced and they would order it and it would take a few months. Again, I strongly disagreed with their assessment and felt the entire piece is defective l, so I called and spoke to a manager and because the return time elapsed they were refusing to replace the piece. I went back and requested to speak to a GM, finally they agreed with it being defective and placed an order to replace the piece which was on back order...It took like 4 months to come in from China, fine whatever. Then the piece comes in and I scheduled a delivery, which I am suppose to be notified the day before, which never happened... so I had no idea what time or if the delivery would even come at all. First thing in the am I get a knock at the door, no call or text prior to, luckily I was home. All for nothing the item was the wrong piece, so now I am sure I will have to deal with all this BS all over again. What a terrible experience and complete wast of time I don't have!
