I have been at Rocklin Self Storage for over 8 years. The staff is amazing. Kelly is always very helpful. We store a trailer there and I feel very safe leaving it at this facility. I have looked at other facilities and have not found any that are as safe and clean to store your items. I highly recommend Rocklin Self Storage.

I have had great experience with this Storage Facility. It is locally owned and they have amazing honest staff!I had a poor experience at another storage facility that did not honour the web rate and they raised my rent 58% after 3 months. When I rented the storage I was NOT told this would happen. I have a fixed budget and got the space that I could afford. This being my first experience at renting I was greatly disappointed in how the staff had treated me when I asked about the unexpected increase. My experience with Rocklin Self Storage has been much better. It's nice to work with an honest company that I know I can trust!

Great place to store or organize from a few tubs to vehicles. Keli always has a smile and is super helpful with trying to find sizes to fit your budget. I highly recommend this place.

This is a super clean facility and the office staff are great, I moved my grandmother's items out and all of my items to this facility when I didn't want to be in four different parts of California. I will keep my items as long as needed, and will suggest it to anyone in search of a secure facility to keep their belongings.

If you are looking for a good storage unit, I highly recommend Rocklin Self Storage over any of the other places around Rocklin. We left Extra Space Storage because they raised our monthly rate from $145 to $220 a month within 3 months of us being there. Rocklin had some great deals going on, which included no setup fees, month to month with no increases in fees for the first 12 months, and if you mention me as a referral you get $25 off your first month.Keli and Sean were a pleasure to work with for finding a unit that fit our needs and it was easy to arrange a time to check out the unit. All the paperwork was done over the phone and electronic signatures. The facilities and grounds are clean, and the units are alarmed and there is a gate with code access.

I've been using this storage facility for a few years and the managers are great! My items are in a safe facility, never had any problems, they even called to tell me my storage spot wasn't locked up properly after I added more items. The managers Sean and Keli are very kind and helpful. I can contact them and always get a quick response and they are always willing to provide great customer service. If you're looking for a safe storage facility with great management and affordable rates this is the place to go!

This place is the absolute best. Clean and easy to access and good pricing/promotions. But where they really excel is customer service. They make everything so easy and go above and beyond to make things smooth. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
