I’m not gonna have my girl with medication some days and some days without medication. Been trying to call you guys and all you guys have been doing is hanging up on me, that is not professionalism that is unprofessionalism so call me back or have her medication delivered to 1240 Donald

There Website shows them open today but when I got there they were closed for tomorrow’s Holiday. I needed pre-op prescriptions for Surgery Tuesday morning.
I even received a text message from them today reminding to pick-up my prescription.
Not a way to run a business. Seriously, update your website if you’re going to be closed.

I was in Rocklin visiting and needed to have an rx that is a controlled drug. My doctor from my town sent it electronically on a Thursday hoping to get it Friday because I thought they were closed for the weekend. When I called Friday on the status of the Rx, a very rude older male told me that I couldn’t pick it up until a certain date, which was a Sunday. The next day was a federal holiday, and I needed to travel home on Tuesday. He told me they were closed that Sunday and said “call just call back tomorrow”, and hung up. I went into the pharmacy on Saturday and was talking to the rude man that was on the phone. I asked him what I should do if they are closed Sunday and Monday. He got the pharmacist, who rudely said “Why don’t you just come in Sunday when it’s ready?”. That’s when I told him that I was told twice by a staff member that they were closed. Then, to be even ruder, he raised his voice and pointed to the sign with the store hours and said that they were open every Sunday. I felt like telling him to read that sign to the staff member who told me they were closed, who was just standing there, not taking any accountability! It gets worse…I went in Sunday to pick up the Rx, which they did not have enough of, even though it had been sent 3 days before! They said they ordered it and it would be there Tuesday. I was hoping it would get there early enough for me to make the 7 hour drive home. When I heard nothing by 5:30pm, I called, and used the automated system because I’m tired of being treated poorly and judged. I’m 70 years old and all but one person was extremely rude. The machine said the drug was on order and I couldn’t get it until after 2pm on Wednesday. I have had to make other arrangements to spend extra nights here. This has affected me financially. I truly believe if this weren’t a controlled drug, they would have been nicer and had it ordered when they got the Rx from my doctor! Never EVER going back there! Not that they care.

Why is one door being locked before 8:30pm ... so that we all have to park so close on that side that everyone hits each others cars like the lady I was just watching take pics of her car that was hit in your parking lot. What's the point of having this huge parking lot with 2 entrances and locking one at 8pm? What an annoyance and inconvenience.

I went in to pick up my prescription. When I got home, I realized I had been given 8 COVID test kits that I did not request nor did my physician. I called the pharmacist. He indicated that the pharmacist there had ordered the kits because "I had symptoms". Where in the hell did he get that information . I've never had COVID symptoms in my life and when does a pharmacist have the authority to prescribe testing????????? I was asked to return the tests and my insurance (Medicare) would be reimbursed for $96. What a scam.

I really love the pharmacy we have gone there a long time for prescriptions. A lot of staff in pharmacy are starting to know us but Vanessa is really nice and knows me and my family. She takes really good care of us and making sure we we have everything we need like Covid tests. Thank you very much to the staff in pharmacy.

Dear Deli Team Leader at Sunset Rocklin Safeway, Please obverse Joe P.'s customer service skills (or complete lack thereof). I try to give employees in grocery retail/customer service the benefit of the doubt (I was one of you for over 20 years), but it's every single time with that guy. No 'Hello" No "What can I get for you?" No smile. No nothing. In fact, the only way in which he even acknowledges my presence is simply by just staring blankly at me, with a modest helping of spite thrown in. I say "Hello, may I please have (insert item here)", and he looks at me like I'm paid to make his life miserable. It's honestly downright creepy.

Went to Safeway last night. Asked a man working there what his star was.. he said baphomet and he's a satanist in front of my 13 year old child. Looked up what baphomet was and sure enough it matched his chain and star he was wearing on his Safeway garment. Does the s stand for Satan in Safeway?

This pharmacist made me cry. I broke my ankle in three places and had surgery where they placed two plates and screws to repair the ankle. I weaned myself of the heavy drugs and my surgeon prescribed me tramadol for the moderate pain while I go through physical therapy. This pharmacist made me feel like a drug addict asking all kinds of questions about my procedure and date and why couldn't I take Tylenol. My insurance was not covering the medication and I wanted to pay out of pocket and she refused to fill it. So now I have to get in touch with my surgeon who is so busy and have him rewrite the prescription at a different pharmacy. Despicable pharmacist who has a god complex.

Depends on who is working the window. One girl with great personality was so helpful with me using a GoodRX app. She was amazing. Went back this week and got Mr Rogers w/o a personality. He seemed put off. I hate when he's working there. May as well have a robot there. Weird!!!!
