Stopped to get gas. Had signs that diesel and premium were out. I tried 2 pumps with the basic and the 2nd grade and it was the slowest output i have seen. Never coming back here

Great customer service, Hot food and fresh. Employee was friendly when asked about parking RV overnight from long drive.

Great station, friendly service. Cleaner and nicer than most gas stations.
Only issue is Some of the pumps can be slow authorizing your credit card.

Why is the employees at this location so unprofessional must have been hired by the previous manager who basically ran the entire store inside and out into the ground

Last week, we stopped at this Shell station for gas and a car wash. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a problem with the car wash involving a missing height sign and a rocket box. However, the manager, Tracy, was amazing! She was kind, considerate, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Thanks to her understanding, compassion and attention to the situation, the outcome was much better than it could have been. We are grateful to have met such a great human!

The only thing good about this place is that it's usually cleaner than most gas stations. But price is high. The pumps always have software issues. Fuel Rewards never works properly.

Avoid buyin fuel here and if u absolutely must then pay cash do not use your credit or debit card.I went inside the gas station for the sole purpose of making sure I didn’t get big hold fee on my card since some stations charge you $100 and is pendin for 3-5days.I said $45 on 11 please, I paid with card and ended up pumping $40 and I left. 2days later the same $45 is still pending and I was charged $40 again separately on my card.AVOID GETTIN FUEL HERE go to ampm down the road

Their phone constantly has the busy tone. I tried to call them to ask a question and it won’t even ring. Just goes too busy. Does anyone else have this issue????

Has been my go to spot for a while as I’m on the road all day. The older lady that works there has quite the attitude, is pretty rude and can hear her smack her gum across the store. Otherwise good selection of snacks and drinks and clean restrooms. All other employees are very nice and courteous

The lady here is the absolute rudest person I have experienced in my life. She was texting someone openly in front of me and not helping me. I am not an entitled person so for the first 2 minutes I took it as maybe she's having family issues. I truly made excuses for that long. She typed like my mom so I felt bad honestly. After 4 minutes I said something and she hit a button so I actually could pay. I then contemplated if it was worth asking for bathroom code. I mistakenly did anyway and instantly regretted it. She was rude to everyone except one guy buying beer. If management wants to look at it I was there at 2 (ish) PM on Jan. 24th. I had a yellow work shirt. I don't expect much nowadays but that was gross. Rude for no reason.

Bathroom break and to pit stop today before heading to NV through the snow storm. Sign said "on my lunch" gas station was closed, filed up had to re-stop to find bathroom somewhere else. Not good business Shell.
