This is the worst gas station in the area. The owners only staff one employee at busy hours, so the station closes often, with a note in the door. The owners make a killing at this location, but are too cheap to hire enough staff. They make their employees try to up sale you with everything. All their merchandise is marked up, inclduing gas. IF you are going to charege top dollar then the least you can do is staff your buisness appropraitely. Today 3/6/24 at 5:00PM None of the pumps pump gas, and doors are locked no one working insight. This place has lost me as a customer for good. OWNERS DO A BETTER JOB.

This review has been a long time coming, so management should listen carefully. First off, things went to crap since Andre left: store is run by hillbillies and people who understand English but can't speak it alike; the store reeks of odor, and the staff are lazy, incompetent and break-happy. That front door is regularly locked around the clock and random times on the dime. Not okay, ESPECIALLY when your damn fuel pumps never work and constantly require going inside anyway. This used to be the nicest station in town, now it's as visually run down as it is inconvenient. Fix it damn it, and stop being cheap. This isn't downtown Sacramento. For a couple years this was my favorite place to even rest and chill, five stars back then. Truly. But now I'm giving Arco across the street the win and the applause--you guys are losing it.

Gas station often out of gas. The front pumps won't take credit cards often- the manager explained that it's because they want people to come in and buy more than just gas. Tried to get air once and it took 30 minutes because we had to keep going in to ask to have the air turned on. Worst gas station ever

Didn't even end up getting gas here because the lady working the front was so rude! Went down the street to the 7-11 & was treated much better!

Couldn't even get gas here, the 2 pumps I pulled up to were both down and not tagged, another one was down but tagged. Surprised anyone else could get gas here at all. Waste of my time, I don't usually give a place 2 chances if the pump I pull up to is down, especially not a place this expensive. No Apple Pay either. No thanks.

Retail. I get it. I've done it before. but, if you don't want to help people why work there? Employees never seem happy, rude, they move at snails pace. im done with this place

I don't get the bad reviews. I come here regularly, because if you have rewards membership with them any size soda is 70cents! And I love their empanadas. Yes I know, gas station empanadas?! But they're good !! The place is always clean an stocked up. It's a gas station minimart, nothing special.... But they have great deals!

We stopped here for gas while traveling; no bathroom access, staff reported lost key/keycode. Had to visit a nearby business to use their restroom & got cut off and yelled at by a local. Poor experience, happy to never come back

Super friendly staff always helpful and a great vibe within the store. The shelves are always stocked with trending products and coolers always seem full with options. The manager is also amazing. She is super friendly and treats her employees like they are family which is hard to come by they are always laughing and have smiles on their faces. A BIG step up from previous management. Definitely a great hire Loop one of the reasons I make this my number 1 stop. I tell all my friends and family also. LOVE IT!!

This place is in a convenient location. Prices aren't great compared to speedway, but for convenience I go here. (Edit: used to go here)#1 complaintThey are always out of receipt paper. I don't really want a receipt but I do occasionally take a car that needs a wash and the code is only available on the paper receipt. As a result, despite the buy at the pump sales pitch, I have to go in an fetch my receipt every single time. I am usually greeted with "oh sorry the sorry the paper must bave just ran out." I always felt that was bogus.Today I got a dose of honesty.Apparently the machine doesn't hold much paper. Only a day's worth. They know this and they don't want to replace it "all the time." I got this from two clerks standing there just chatting. So it is easier for them to just have the customers come in than to do the ol' a once a shift checkaroo. Sorry to impose on them.I did appreciate the honesty but I'm not going back.

This place is garbage. Unprofessional employees. If you have the misfortune of coming here on an employee's bad day be prepared to be verbally assaulted; infact better to just avoid this place and go to the Chevron down the street, they have mild mannered folk there.

I came to this location on 01/28 around 730pm and was greeted by 2 employees this made me feel extremely welcomed. I was assisted by a cashier i do believe she was management i think her name was Sabrina as this what was on her name tag as well as one other lady I believe her name was megan. They were both very friendly and helpful offered me to save money by putting a phone number for there rewards. This location was clean a d friendly it was my first visit and I will be a frequent flyer now.

Andrei and Michelle cannot operate the gas pump or register properly. I paid $50 inside for gas, the pump didnt/wouldn't work. I asked him to turn it on. He said I had to pay again! I asked instead for him to void the transaction, Andrei the mental giant said he can't, he doesn't have time for crybabys, he has other customers, his job is too stressful, to come back in the daytime, (its 3pm) and he would have to call the police on me! I left without gas, and will have to confirm my card wasn't charged. I do not recommend this place, obviously. ?

Walked in today, 1/9/22 at 12:40 pm. To hear loud laughing from the cashier (black male) and laughing from an older female employee. They were both audibly making fun of two prior customers, using some vulgar words as well. This was in front myself and one other customer. Not acceptable at all!

Stopped off here on our way to Reno to grab a few snacks and use the restroom. The gentlemen working the counter was very pleasant and well mannered, something missing from society today! Great customer service and the restrooms were clean and well kept.
