Springfield at Whitney Oaks is a +55 community kept up well, with well-maintained Clubhouses and active residents, offering much to do. Residents have lived there over ten years and are happy, citing good facilities and competent staff. It is a safe and secure gated community with friendly neighbors and a slower pace of life. However, fees increase every year, with two HOA bills totaling $270 per month. It is noisy near the club house every morning due to gas powered leaf blowers starting at 7AM. External home improvements have a difficult and ambiguous process with many rules.

We've lived here for over ten years. We couldn't be happier with where we live. The +55 community is kept up well. The Clubhouses are well maintained, and quite a few of the residents are fairly active, so there's much to do. (Understand there's almost 1,000 homes in our community.)

Love living here and couldn't ask for anything better.
If you are looking for a slower pace of life with a lot to do and friendly neighbors, Springfield at Whitney Oaks is the place.
Also, you have to check out Bayside Adventure Church if you need a God centered church.
