I had an excellent experience with my salesman, Ian. I had inquired online about my interest in the car and the price that I had to offer. Ian was more than helpful in making sure the car was in the best condition with the time I had. The things we didn't have time to sort out, Ian had stayed in contact with me and let me know when we could sort out the situation.

Still waiting on a cap for my roof on a G wagon I bought in May. My gas gauge still doesn't work. I have no clue when I'm going to run out of fuel. Envisions website is garbage and making an online appointment is useless on it. You'd have better service at a Kia dealership or just about anyyyyy car manufacturer.

I have a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin! Not only they sell the best luxury cars in the planet, but also all the staffs I worked with are so friendly and professional. A big shout out to Grace! Grace is very professional, attentive, respectful, and such a sweet lady to work with. She answered all the questions I had and worked and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with everything. At the end of day, Grace made the car buying process easy and smooth. Over 6 month repair!PLEASE COME BY AND LOOK AT MY CAR ON THE SIDE BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.CAR WAS BROUGHT IN MINT CONDITION NOW LOOK AT IT! Feel free to ask me questions.My car has been sitting here for 6 months! I have had over 5 managers/employees quite the dealer while my car has been there. They have told me parts were in and repairs were done. Each time they have not been. I found out today they dropped my car while it was lifted and never told me there is a HOLE going through the bottom of my car and the front end is smashed! I also found they left parts on my seat and my car door has been open this entire time. They have stained my seats now too and scratched my car. They called me last month to threaten me that this car needs to come off there lot or they will tow it! No one ever called me to tell me about the damage they also refuse to give me a rental car for the last 6 MONTHS! There is zero progress done on my car and now more damage!Highly don't recommend this dealer they will be getting investigated. There is definitely something wrong with this dealer.

Nobody called me 2 days after my part was supposed to arrive. I call to verify it's there, and I can hear someone pick up the handset and then hang up on me. I call a second time - hung up on. Called from a different phone, thinking my phone was just disconnecting - hung up on. Get in my car and drive 25 minutes to the dealership. The part's not in yet. It turns out it will never be coming in because they're doing some kind of dealer change and can't order parts. When will it be fixed? Not sure. Got a refund and called MB of Sacramento. They're owned by the same company. and have the same problem but say it should be fixed by end of day. Called again, next day and after 20 minutes on hold, I am still caller number 6. The icing on the cake is all of the regional MB dealerships are all VonHousen. It seems customer service is just universally unimportant, but it's ok if you have a local monopoly.

My experience with this company has been one customer experience disaster after another. i was lied to by the sales person when i fist bought the car. The brand new vehicle that i bought has been an absolutely piece of garbage. Do not buy from this company. Their sales and support staff has been absolutely trash and with the subpar standard of the vehicle they sell, you are going to need better support than they are willing to give.

I drove all the way from Reno, NV to pick up parts for my beloved wallet breaker. Parts staff was nothing but 100% friendly and fast. Kudos! First question I asked, are you owned by Dealer Nation? No was the answer....ok, now take my wallet please! Reno Mercedes Benz is a solid sheeeeet show and will be avoided at all costs! Staff answered phones fast, returned call promptly when wheel arrived. Just awesome. Was greeted by everyone walking in, but had a mission to hit the restroom. Coffee was in control. Bathroom was elegant, but paper towel dispenser was out of order. Not complaining, because rest stop bathrooms are savage at times. Whew! Told the parts guy about my super power, curbing AMG wheels like Ray Charles. This never happens in the Jeep, because......35" tires. So again, the people made it shine. Even spotted a Maybach that costs more than I could afford.

I have had the most difficult time with this dealership since I've gotten my C-class here. I recently tried to sell my car and another dealership let me know that my vehicle was in an accident with the previous owner which the dealership did not disclose to me at the time of purchase. The receptionist is always extremely rude and unhelpful when I call over the phone and I have only had any luck when I physically go into the dealership and ask to speak with some one. My last straw is taking my car into a mechanic after constantly smelling gas in the cabin of my car to find out that a fuel valve is leaking and there is a class action law suit in which mercedez has not even offered to repair the vehicles. This dealership treats you great when you're buying and very poorly afterward..

I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin today. This was my first visit to the showroom for test driving GLB 250. I was cordially invited invited into the showroom and the Internet Sales Manager William Marta shown around, explained all the features of new GLB 250 and also accompanied during the test drive. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions very patiently. I was able to choose the car of my choice with no pressure and the paperwork was completed in no time. I really recommend this showroom and William Marta if you're in market for Mercedes-Benz.
