Nice place to rent a storage unit or 2. The office staff is at your beck and call and always willing to offer help. Susan, the on-sight manager has been there for a while and I can appreciate that they don’t have a high turnover rate in the office. It’s a win-win.

The lady at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating.
She’s very enthusiastic and bubbly and I didn’t mind waiting for her help with my storage unit issue and she professionally took care of all of us one by one.
It was an office full of many of us different guests for different issues.
She has amazing customer service and we need more like her in the world.
Multi tasking at its best. Thank you for all that you do!

I had a great experience working with the ladies at the storage facility. They have gone above and beyond and if I ever need anything, they’re always there for me. I highly recommend that if anybody needs a storage facility to use this place.

Rocklin Self Storage is the best in the area. Most units are drive up and it’s laid out very conveniently. Susan the manager will be able to take care of all your storage needs. Highly recommended if you’re in the Rocklin area.

Having a 10/10 experience renting 3 storage units from here .
The staff are super friendly and helpful and very accommodating . Susan and Dylan are amazing to work with and the place is always soooo clean too .
Always a smile each time I walk into the office .
