  ANH puts a lot of dedication in her work . I can easily find a lot of hairstyler with at least twenty years of experience; but it is difficult to find a hairstylist who does the job exceptionally well . ANH looks at a person and decides what haircut is right for him ; while other hairstylers simply follows what hairstyle a customer wants without analyzing it’s going to make them look good or bad .

  I’ve been going to Supercuts for 20 years and have never had a “bad” cut. I’ve had a few that were less than adequate, but never “bad”. I’ve been in Rocklin for a year and have visited this location 4 times. The first 2 times the haircut was normal, but the third was really bad. I don’t care much about my hair, so have never complained in the past, but this cut was so bad the manager had to know. I ended up fixing it myself. Considering it was the first time I’ve had that experience at a super cuts, or specifically this location, I have them another chance. The fourth visit T this location was not quite as bad, but definitely bad. My cut is fairly simple, not complicated at all. I don’t know when the towel thing ended, I was told it hadn’t ended, but they don’t do it at this location. Side burns not trimmed, long hairs around my ears , large tufts of hair when I had a #4 on the sides. This location has lost my business.
