This store & staff are hands down, the BEST I’ve ever experienced; EVERY time in. Since signing me up and getting my service started almost 2 years ago, they have helped me with every issue or question I’ve ever had, every time I’ve gone in. Most recently, they were able to quickly and easily fix a mistake made by another store after calling 611 was utterly useless, because all I got was a texting robot. If you’re looking for new service, and/or any kind of help, go in and get help from this EXCELLENT STAFF!

This review is for the Rocklin store and especially for Hundo. He was such a pleasure to work with. His patients and enthusiasm in helping me was a nice change from other retail customer service places I have experienced in the past. No question was to small or ridiculous to Hundo. Jesse went out of his way to help me use the "find my phone" feature when I lost it at tjmaxx, so that was awesome. Very friendly and caring staff. One of his associates helped answer my questions today when I came in for something else. They are all so helpful and knowledgeable.

Several knowledgeable staff members here that handled mine and my families issues. Can not speak the same for the manager however. He seemed to just pass on opportunities to assist when he realized that he wasn't going to make money.

This place will not let you walk away with just a simple upgrade. If they can not sell you on insurance or accessories to grab every dollar from you they will say they don’t have the product even when they do. Make sure to check inventory online before coming to the store. Also you don’t need to buy trackers to get a cheaper internet. The internet will be discontinued as soon as you get a voice line with a high unlimited plan. Don’t let them charge you for things you don’t need.

Well, I finalized my plan and items purchased. Turns out they have a real con job going on. They have more ways to influence a trade than any used car dealer I've seen in the last 35 years. Simply put, don't buy a device from T Mobile! Buy from someone else and once you own the device look closely at the service area you'll use the most. Then cost of T-Mobile. If it's the right price for you try them out but don't get locked into a long service contract.

First, this review is specifically for the Rocklin, CA store. I went in to the store to buy a phone, case, screen protector, etc along with signing up to get service since I was leaving another carrier. Unbeknownst to me, during this transaction, they activated 2 additional lines under my name. I found out when I received a call 2 days later from a T-Mobil representative who was just checking to make sure I didn't have any questions or need assistance with something. I was instructed to go to the store and deal with the manager. When I went back and asked for the manager, I found out, the manager was 1 of the salesmen helping me. So, of course they defended themselves sayings I agreed to set up other lines, even though I only have a phone. Freaking crooks and T-Mobil as a buiness doesn't care because they get their money. So filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission as well as any other Federal or State agencies I can find that regulate cell companies.

The team at T-Mobile at the Sierra Crossings location, especially Michael and Steven were fantastic to work with, they answered all of my questions and helped set up my new phone and home Wi-Fi easily. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
