Awful experience. Only one cashier open and none of the self checkout lanes open. Line was way too long so I just put my basket down and left. No excuse for not having more lanes open, especially self checkout

After the renovation, the service quality at the store has significantly declined. There are more self-checkout kiosks, but they are often closed, causing long lines. The aisles have become narrower, making it harder to navigate the store. This is a case where the renovation has made the shopping experience worse, not better, for customers.

Rude employees! Especially in the pharmacy they use to be very nice but the customer service has gone down hill.

They have soo many options and choices. The best of all , everything isn't locked up! The store has a nostalgic feel and not one employee bothered me while I shopped for 2 hours, but they were all in eyesight if I did have questions orvneed help. This will be my new go-to-store for sure!

Unfortunately this Sunday I had the worst shopping experience ever. I decided to buy a LG 55” TV, it was the last one and for me it was taken off the showcase, the packaging from it could not be found. I paid the amount indicated on the price tag, came home and installing it, found that I was given an LG 50”. The model is the same, but the size is different! I checked the receipt - it said 55”. I went back to the store and was told that the 55” was not actually in the store, although it was in stock. The staff tried to help me somehow, but unfortunately only offered me a refund. I didn't want to be left without a TV at all, so I had to keep the 50”. So I paid for 55“ and got 50”. Interesting, of course. The support service just chases me from one store to another without offering anything concrete.

Today at the Target in Rocklin, CA, the store was exceptionally pleasant to be in. Everything was very neat and orderly. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. One of them even went out of his way to help me find the best quality item that I was looking for but at the lowest possible price. Today's Target experience makes me wonder why I frequent Wal-Mart so often even though I usually leave the latter feeling negatively overwhelmed and drained.

Shopping experience has become frustrating in this location due to closure of self checkout counters . There are long ques always if you go post evening hrs.

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTSI shop here frequently and use drive-up. That service gets my 5 stars.This review however is on their app promotion scam..you buy so much $$ in a category and they give you $5, or $10 gift card on the acct. once you pick up the order. Well it took me long enough to realize they were charging me for this gift card to my credit card on file. It goes back months so I’m dealing with my cc company and I will have to file an official complaint with Target. There’s no way this is a mistake..they’re doing this on purpose hoping no one notices because let’s be honest- who checks their cc every month?

I ordered on line for the very first time because it was on sale if you bought it online, so that drew me in I'm super old school and I really didn’t want to do all the online stuff like creat an account and download the Target app but I really wanted that sale. I was surprised that Target made it super duper easy and the drive up pick was was fast and efficient and the employee was super niceThank you Target
