Thomas Ereth came to my home to fix a key card took over 30 min - and it makes sense since he smelled like pot and and a bad hangover - tesla probably shouldnt hire drug addicts to service there customers. I've been here a few times test driving the model Y and S and have always been treated with courtesy. I came here today to checkout the new Cybertruck and possibly test drive the model Y again. I was super impressed with the Cybertruck and look forward to purchasing one in the next couple years when I get my allocation. I passed on the model Y test drive. I believe in what Elon Musk and Tesla are doing to drive us to a more sustainable future.

I unexpectedly had to get a new car recently and I was doing some research on Teslas because I've been interested in the vehicle for some time now. Even with research, and inquiries I had so many unanswered questions. Mohammad Ali, helped me so much during this process! For someone of his age, he's extremely knowledgeable about the technology and the overall vehicle. He's extremely qualified and he made the process of getting this vehicle so easy for me. Mohammad is definitely a people person and he's got amazing skills that will take him far in life!! This was my first time driving a Tesla, and Mohammad was so patient with me the whole time. If I didn't understand something, he explained it several times to make sure that I received all the information that would help me become a successful owner + more! Not only did he make sure I got the best service, he went above and beyond and I can now say I have gained a new friend!!

The staff acts as if you are an inconvenience to them for wanting to purchase their product. Lack of communication and do not expect them to call you back for anything. I live across the street from Rocklin Tesla and purchased a Model S. Was made to Uber to Sacramento to pick up my vehicle without reimbursement. When I arrived at Sac the car wasn't ready and they had to call IT to figure out how to get my zip code loaded in the system just so the purchase would go through. Yes my zip code.

My 2023 model 3 rating 1 star Tesla rocklin has terrible reviews and now that I've been there several times I can see why. BUT if you are lucky enough to get a service advisor who actually cares like Mike then you will be treated with honesty and respect. If you call and don't get Mike/Michael on the phone ask for him directly or hang up don't waste your time. The fact that the customer service can be so drastically different based on who you get is crazy but Mike 100%. I don't know him personally but he calmed me down in the middle of a 7hr road trip when my charging port went out and got me right in. He then again had to listen to me vent about the next concern of my car slamming the breaks to randomly change my cruise control autosteer speed. He just gives a shi* and if he doesn't you at least feel like he does. Thank you Mike won't deal with anyone else.

After making a deposit in SACRAMENTO at the other Tesla lot in town, we were told to go to Rocklin for delivery of a new Tesla today. What a joke it turned out to be. It is amazing to think people are lining up to buy cars from $40k - $140k from a place with such incredibly uncoordinated, uncaring and uniformed staffed. Not only did we show up for a delivery that wasn't ready, we wasted two hours being shuffled around between people who weren't remotely helpful. We couldn't get any help, it was a regrettable waste of time. Top it all off, the whole showroom has a single gender neutral bathroom. It hadn't been cleaned or cared for and the expect their staff and customers to use the bathroom with no working lights. Literally have a sign encouraging you to pee in the bathroom with your cell phone light. We left and bought a gently used Tesla at carmax (which was effortless). I cannot see how anyone would desire to do business this way. Epic fail Tesla

This Friday I found myself in a jam. The state of California wanted me to provide them with additional paperwork in order to receive a $2,000 rebate for having bought a new EV this year. Well, I did not have the paperwork they required. It was not available on the Tesla website either. I went to the Tesla Rocklin Service Center and asked them for help. Brandi was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. She looked further into it the matter. She made time to walk with me to the sales department where she spoke with the sales manager and they really helped me out of a jam. Now the state has APPROVED my rebate in the 11th hour, and I am very grateful. Thank you so much Brandi and Team!!!

Definitely the last Tesla I buy, fun cars but not worth the terrible service from these dealers. Can't even talk to someone on the phone to get an update on your car. Was told it was going to be finished yesterday, Pushed it off to today and guess what, Still not finished. No updates either from service. Won't respond to my messages or phone calls and don't bother trying to get a loaner car. The only way to figure out whats going on when they have your car in their possession is to physically drive to the service center. By far the worst service I've seen from any car manufacturer and will likely contribute to the downfall of Tesla, just look at the stock.

I call Tesla Rocklin looking to trade in my 2017 Tesla Model S. I was thrown into a phone maze and finally given the option to have someone call me back due to the high volume. I followed the phone prompts and left my number for the call back. After about 30 to 40 minutes I got a call and she wanted my reservation number. I explained that I didn't have a reservation then she asked if I needed to pick up a vehicle. I told her I was interested in trading my vehicle in. She said no used vehicle evaluation would be done without a reservation. I said how do I do that you called me back. I was told to log into my Tesla app and make one. I told her I didn't have one and she said I would have to get one. I can't imagine a business so busy that they don't have time to get customers into the store. I was so disappointed in the way I was pushed aside with little to no help offered. We spent 130 k in 2017 and looking for help now. I can't speak for all the stores but I would avoid this one. I really felt like they could care less if they had my business or not. I remember when companies actually worked to earn your business. Apparently customer service is a lost art.

A couple of miles further out of town there is a 250kw charger. Twice the speed, with restaurants.Check prices on the Tesla dashboard. Dang, Roseville is expensive!

I have a car on order, and there is absolutely no way to reach Tesla. I have emailed and I have called. In fact, I have called them four times. Whenever I do, they put me on an endless hold. One time I waited for a full hour, and no one picked up. Notice what Elon Musk is doing to Twitter. This is how he does business. Tesla really, truly does not care about their customers. If I can ever communicate with someone at the company, I'm going to cancel my order. Never, never again.
