This shop and its staff is great! They’ve repaired several of my vehicles and I have family members going there too. I’ve gone there twice to have preventative work done and they let me know that it wasn’t needed at that time. Their honesty will keep me coming back.

Mike and the team at Jack Dane took great care of me and my truck! I recently purchased a vehicle through Carvana and wanted to have it inspected during my 7-day return period. They were professional, thorough, and efficient. They identified a couple of minor issues that still needed attention and handled all the legwork to get the limited warranty to cover most of the repairs. I really appreciate their help. Tailgating somebody to the point their car sensors are going off then running a stop sign so you can run them off the road while advertising your business on your truck is crazy

Whenever you move to a new area you always worry about finding a good mechanic and a good dentist. Well, I can help with one of those. I've been using Jack Dane in Rocklin for over three years now. The customer service is outstanding as is the mechanical service. Mike the service manager always does an excellent job of explaining what needs to be done, why, and providing accurate estimates. There is never an up-sell or any pressure. Every experience I have with Jack Dane has exceeded my expectations.

After getting off to a bumpy start, Mike and his crew at the Rocklin has won me over. Although problems arose in the beginning, Mike promptly confronted said issues headon to my satisfaction. I have now been to the shop 3 times and have been more than satisfied with their service. After years of being lied to by a dealer service department I have been on the search for a qualified service provider and have finally struck gold with Jack Dane Auto Service in Rocklin.

They got my truck on the road after 2 trips in. Did not receive new customer discount advertised on website, so be sure to ask for it. Got Spark plugs replaced, left with Alternator issue… figured they would’ve noticed that before I left that first time. Overall decent customer service, but you WILL pay for it, possibly twice.
