“I didn't know that places like this even existed anymore. Made an appointment online to get the tires rotated on my travel trailer and it was an absolutely delightful, quick, and easy experience from beginning to end.

Nothing fancy about rotating tires, but every. last. person. I. Spoke. To. at this store was just about the nicest most helpful person I've ever encounted at a tire store in the last two decades. They told me to back my trailer into one of the bays and when I chuckled that "there's no way that's going to happen without me hitting something!" another employee nearby offered to back my trailer in (and did!). Got the tires rotated in no time flat, took the time to explain to me what they did, how the tires looked, and pointed out that at some point I'd probably want to change the valve stems to metal instead of rubber since I have TPMS stem caps.

No hard push no the upsell, no trying to sell me stuff I didn't need, just pleasant, super competent folks all around, and damn if that didn't just make my day.

“I have been here twice in the past month or so with my 2012 tacoma v6. I allocated a lift kit from an online website and goodyear was the only shop within like 30 mins of myself to install take in parts. They instructed me to drop the truck off overnight at 4p on friday and pick it up near closing the next day. (Large job) they called me on saturday at 12:30p to inform me my truck was done! They not only did a very good job, but they finished very quickly. The second time, I was getting larger All terrain put on my vehicle and they promptly allocated these tires... and had them installed in roughly 2 hrs at a very reasonable price swell. ERIC helped me both times and I was skeptical of the fit and ride of these major upgrades. Both times he shared with me his extensive personal experience and knowledge to assure me these parts would fit. He knew what he was talking about, he was very straight to the point and quick but still very detailed and precise. He understood what I wanted and hoped for. ERIC was also very respectful, honest, approachable and helpful. He would return my calls in record time and leave nothing out. My truck is looking awesome now thanks to him!!!!
