Had an appt to open up a new account and make some changes within others. The entire staff were really helpful. Asked us if we wanted water multiple times. Rachel was our banker and she was very helpful with all of our requests. Quick and efficient. We will definitely come back for any future needs.

Rude personal banker. Since when has it been customary for a personal banker to raise their voice in a bank and talk down to a customer of 20 years? Rude, to say the least. Unprofessionalism of the highest order. The teller, however, was helpful and courteous… but as an institution, this branch still gets 1 star.

I went into this location because I've been having troubles with my chip on my card. Garrett Goodlove-Condell helped me out tremendously! I was ordered a new card and walked away reassured that my current card will still work until the new one is activated by me. That was after asking him many times to reassure myself. He took his time and was an amazing employee of yours. Thank you Garrett!

I stood in line for 25 minutes just to withdrawal some money that I couldn't make from the ATM because of the amount. There was only one teller working. So very understaffed and I'm so glad I rarely visit this branch in person because this has happened in the past.

This branch is very understaffed. Teller lines are very long. They also do not answer their phone and do not call you back when they do answer and cannot set a simple appointment time.

I have been banking with WFB for over 40 years and have had multiple accounts, including checking and savings. I went in to close one checking account today and the teller advised me that I needed an appointment with a banker to close the account as they were operating on an appointment only basis. I then advised him to just give me a check for the entire balance and I would close the account another time. He stepped away and a few minutes later advised me that a banker would help me in a few minutes. Katie Latour greeted me several minutes later and we sat at her desk. I identified myself with my WFB ATM card and CA Driver license and advised her that I wanted to close one of my accounts. I felt like I was being interrogated, "what was I planning on doing with the money", "what do you do for a living", "did I open an account at another bank", etc.... Then she said that she needed approval from her manager and would return shortly. After about 10 minutes I started looking around the bank for Ms. Latour and see her talking with Yelena Abhat who is the "Branch Manager, Vice President" I ask if there is a problem and was told "no problem, we just need to get approval". I of course ask "approval from who?" I got some vague answer about the balance was over their limit and approval has to come from the regional office. I asked how long that would take and was told about a half hour! WTF? REALLY? Is there a problem? "No problem, just have a seat." Mind you I had already been in the bank for a half hour. So both Abhat and Latour disappear behind the tellers and I'm stuck waiting for "approval" to get my money. After about 15 minutes I start asking the tellers what is going on and why is this taking so long. Anyway after about another 20 minutes the pair of bankers finally emerge from the back and tell me to sit at the desk and they would get the check prepared. Finally after about 90 minutes I get a check for my money and got the account closed. Unbelievable hassle for a simple transaction. Needless to say, after 40+ years with WFB I will be moving my accounts to a Credit Union or a local bank. Absolutely horrible customer service . They made me feel like I was trying to rob the bank.

I went into cash a personal check for a job I did I personally bank at Bank of America but after my experience with Wells Fargo and Christopher Fultcher I'm definitely going to switch they were nice respectful took the time to explain everything and also gave me options that I never even considered or knew of. Christopher's winning attitude got me fired up and ready to take this dive into small business owners...... Thank you truly and sincerely thank you Respectfully C. Allred

Great service and energy! I walked in near closing time, and made eye contact with the personal banker who is helping me with getting a new debit card. She immediately stood up from her desk, smiled, greeted me, and looked into the progress without even me asking. While in line to do a transaction, she walked up to me and gave me a status, and asked me if I would like something to drink? I said why yes. Coffee. She offered to make it how I like, and did it with a smile. Her name is Katie Latour. I can sense the dedication and pride in what she does. She is very customer focused, and a driver. I can tell it made her feel good to have an impact on her clients. I would give her and the bank 6 stars if I could!.

tellers are great . what happened to the super model that used to work there ? Charlotte ? only reason any of us would come in even if it was only to get 5 bucks in change . customer representatives dont seem to do much as they are just sitting at the older blonde woman's desk. Needed to replace my card during my break and it never happened but no one was busy

On a typical day I get a nice teller. Talkative, cordial, helpful, offers water and candy. But lately I keep getting stuck with a teller who is younger and fairly new. His attitude is horrible. Sulky and rude, doesn't explain things well, doesn't talk in complete sentences, and his nonverbal needs work. Hopefully soon he will move on, wouldn't want his poor attitude to ruin the atmosphere at this branch.
