Zack,was a wonderful person, he is a great communicator and he made sure my chair was adjusted to my needs. He was a very thoughtful young man. He was on time and he was genuinely concerned about my needs. He was very respectful and a honest young man. He answer all my questions. He also explained anything that was asked of him. He was a breath of fresh air. I can see why he works for your company he is a rare gem. Thank again Zack. If I use your services again please assign him to my call. If I have to wait he is worth it.

Linda was so great connecting with me for a replacement piece on my chair. She really did go the extra mile in working on the repair in strenuous conditions downtown San Francisco.
