“Came here to get a new propane gas tank filled. Met the shop owner and filled up the tank and paid. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Gas was $5.79/gal and the tank was supposed to be 4.1 gallons (17.3 lbs at 4.2lbs/gal). Paid $28.81 + $0.69 credit card convenience fee, so not sure if the math checks out or not (unless it was rounded up to 5). Will double check how volume is measured next time (there's a gauge on the main propane tank).”
“Best beer bottle/ can store in the world so far that I have found. Huge selection of premium beer. I drink ipa and they always have something I like. Especially Pliny the elder but I am always trying different ipa’s to see what’s out there. Super chill usually not too many people in there. Customer service is always chill (good thing)”

“Great local wine shop, good selection, reasonable prices, and very friendly, helpful staff. I was looking for wines specifically from Napa or Sonoma, but the wines are arranged by grape type, not region, so it was a little hard to find bottles from particular areas. I told the guy working there what I was looking for and he immediately pointed out five or six bottles from the correct regions. I was impressed that he knew his stock so well.”

“I am very fond of Mike's harder. I buy the strawberry and the lemonade and mix it together. The limiting factor is the strawberry. They carry it. I drive all the way across town, about 15 mins out of the way, to get it. The people who work here are really great. That is why I keep coming back, despite the drive and the lack of parking.”

Hand’s Super Market is an excellent place to shop. What really stands out is the wide variety of products, especially their Latino foods, which makes it easy to find items you don’t usually see in regular grocery stores. It’s clear the store puts a lot of effort into serving the local community.
The Latino section is very well stocked with snacks, drinks, frozen items, spices, and pantry staples. On top of that, the meat market is a huge plus. They offer fresh, high-quality meats with a good selection, and everything is well maintained and clearly displayed. You can tell freshness and quality are a priority.
The store is clean, spacious, and well-organized. The produce is fresh, shelves are fully stocked, and the layout makes shopping easy. Customer service is great — the staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and checkout is fast even during busy hours.
Overall, Hand’s Super Market is a great addition to the neighborhood. Between the variety of groceries, the Latino products, and the excellent meat market, it’s a one-stop shop. I highly recommend it and will definitely keep coming back.”

“It might sound silly but this is one of my favorite stores ever. I've been a regular customer forever. I was playing a video game here during the 89 earthquake and barely noticed before the machine almost tipped over. Being pretty close to the county hospital they have to deal with more than their fare share of of the mentally divergent and homeless which with they do with understanding and patience. The times that I am broke and really need something they have always had my back. It might not be fancy but they are honest and dependable. They have affordable quality products with a pretty decent selection. They are exactly what you should expect from your local corner convenient mart. Not the place to do your weekly grocery shopping but the perfect place to grab a few things you need on the way home.”
“I've been coming here since I was a little kid. Sometimes the owners change or the people behind the counter change. It's always a nice experience though, not sure what it is but people always seem happy in the store whether it's the customers or the people working there. The Indian food is really good, its very homestyle not super heavy with cream or ghee.”
