After getting brand new tires, I got a flat within a month! I went back to Tire choice and got a replacement Free of Charge (only had to pay for warranty and taxes). They also worked on my car on a Friday when their schedule was jam packed. I love the customer service I received from Greg Allen. He's the man. I can't recommend Tire Choice enough, they really took good care of me.”
“Excellent service with a friendly and efficient staff. Price is also very reasonable and they are honest. I requested my tires be rotated. When it came time to pay it was explained to me that the tires did not need to be rotated so they deducted $60 off me bill. Never in my life did a repair shop ever lower my bill. Also, they provide uber to and from the shop. I will be using Letcher from now on.”
“I am SO grateful for this place! Long story short, I went to dealer & was quoted $550 to check a tire sensor light. Went to Pep Boys, was quoted $150 to replace a tire w 2 nails they found. Came here, was charged $30 to replace w a tire I had at home that the dealer could not use because according to them ALL my tires had to be of same tread so they replaced ALL my tires when I got a nail in it last time… ALL lights turned off after an oil change & tire replacement of ONE tire. We are being played at dealer services. THIS is the place to go. Honest work, fair prices. I’ll recommend to all who ask!”

“Really good experience here. Alex charged over $1000 less than Berkeley garages for a Honda CRV A/C compressor replacement (which comes with a 2 yr warranty) + new brake pads. He also got us in the day after we called and finished within a few hours. I'll definitely be returning.”

“I went to have a tire installed, balanced and mounted ($20), plus to remove the locked lug that I lost the key ($10). So, I get it all done for $30. I would have bought the tire from the store had they offered it at a more reasonable price. Also, I think they give back to the community. I recommend this place and encourage you all to support local businesses.”

“This is probably the best tire shop in Vallejo! Was able to install tires on my 3-piece show car wheel. Price is reasonable and was done in less than 10 minutes for the one tire I needed mounted.
Last two shops failed to install without damaging my tire bead and bending my wheel in the process. Jose was able to install the tire with ease - it is definitely not easy with my wheel / tire setup. Overall cannot recommend more - will be back in the future!”

“First quote off of a cold call, the tire pricing from El Cerrito Tire was better than online from Tire Rack which is rare for a bricks and mortar shop. When I brought the vehicle in, the service representative saw that I had oil and a filter sitting on the passenger seat and offered to do my oil change at a fantastically reasonable price (even for someone who DIY's their oil changes) while they replaced the tire. This shop wants to earn your business and keep it.”

“the check engine light on my truck came on while I was driving it, so I took it to this shop to have them check where the problem was. it was the catalytic converter fault . they ordered the converters and waited for at least couple of weeks for the replacement to come in since it's coming from the maker of the vehicle. It was installed and very satisfied for their professional job. I'll be going back to this shop if I get problem with my vehicle. The people there were friendly and highly recommend this shop . I support local small business.”
