Anytime Fitness is my favorite gym to workout in. The convenience of being able to workout at anytime has helped me be consistent despite having a busy schedule. This location is always staffed with friendly people who welcome you in with a smile. Working out in a clean/organized gym is a major selling point for me. The staff truly takes pride in maintaining the equipment and overall cleanliness of the gym.Ladies/gents if you forget a hair tie or your hair tie breaks mid workout, they’ve got you covered.

Just went in for the first time. I met with Drew and Roman. Staff seems positive and happy to be working there. They were extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Their pricing seems pretty reasonable as well. It's a lot bigger on the inside than as it appears on the outside. If anything changes I'll update this review.

It's an OK gym. One thing I really don't like is that there is never any toilet paper when needed. Just this week tried to use the restroom and had to run to Walmart to use their bathroom because there was no toilet paper in BOTH bathrooms. This has happened multiple times already which really sucks when you have to go mid work out. The cable machines are a little old but it's ok I guess. The carpet in the gym gives the off a weird smell. Some small improvements can make Rohnert Park Anytime much better. In the mean time, I'd much rather go to Epicenter, or Santa Rosa Ave Anytime Fitness.

They advertise a week pass online, but don't honor it. You get a one day pass. That would have been fine, but i expected a week to make my decision. There was no tour just a mild pointing in the direction of things and a brief explanation between the worker on his computer and half talking to me. Then the gym itself was filthy. It was empty, which is appealing but i can see why. I ran away.

Went to four locations and they all closed 30 minutes before their actual listed time for their office so if you want to actually get in there make sure you set up an appointment and also most gyms don't actually have appointment capabilities on Sundays besides the Runner Park one that was closed at 12:30 and their sign says closed at 1:00 this is 3 days ago

I started going to this gym a few months ago. I started off with the free trial and during that time every employee was very friendly and help and most importantly there when they were supposed to be. At the end of my trial I attempted to sign up for a membership. And that is when I should have known that this gym is not worth the money. It took almost 3 weeks to get ahold of someone so I could actually sign up for a membership. After that I had several issues and needed to contact staff and no one ever answers the phone and when you go in person during “staffed hours” no one is ever around. I attempted to contact the manager to express my concerns and regrets about signing up for the gym, including dirty equipment, bathrooms that are either closed most the time or look like no one has cleaned them in a month, the mirrors are so dirty you can hardly see through them, there are multiple people bringing in others without passes, and the amount of creepy individuals who will sit and stare and film you why you are working out is uncomfortable. After bringing this to the managers attention he proceeded to yell at me and stated I shouldn’t have signed up then before saying he would be canceling my membership and hanging up on me. My membership never got canceled and I have had no luck in attempting to email or call corporate. So I am hoping someone at this awful establishment will see this post and reach out.

During the pandemic, I was charged for almost a year when the Rohnert Park location was shuttered. I was unable to contact any employee willing to help me. I finally had to shut my account down to stop the continuing charges. No apologies from the business other than "Hey we're open again"! Sheesh. I loved the gym...management and employees? Not so much. If there was lower than 1 star, I'd give it. Let's face it...I don't enjoy being ignored, ripped off, and marginalized. I unfortunately have boundaries around that. Go figure.

Very nice gym! It does not get packed. I have not had any issues since the start if my membership!

This gym has about as much energy as a wilting funeral wreath. I was very disappointed with the lackluster facility, the lack of formal instructions or any orientation. Be careful when you sign the contract because cancelling is almost like getting a bill through this divided congress, only more expensive.

When Anytime Fitness first opened here it brightened the dingy, unused corner of this mall. My family and I belonged for several years and had a wonderful experience. They offered a variety of group classes, there was almost always trained staff, generally one of the owners, available and the place resonated with healthy activities. So when we decided to opt back into a gym this is the one we chose. Mistake. Granted the motivation to maintain fitness is internal and shouldn't matter so much on the external environment. Except it does. Coming in here you almost feel the exercise mojo vanish at the threshold. Dingy, dark, grungy and in fact one clump of mud has been under one of the elliptical machines for months . The staff is pleasant enough but not exactly inspiring as most of them are college kids who understandable are intent on their studies. No one really seems to know how to operate much less maintain some of the equipment, there is no orientation, just an attempt to sell you pricey personal training packets, there are no group classes (not just an artifact of Covid) and everything is an up charge, including a mysterious facility fee that pops up every few months. The generally positive reviews of a few years ago tell you just how much this gym has fallen. We new going in that there was a fee for canceling a membership, what they didn't say is that the fee is HALF of what is owed on the remaining membership. That stung too.

It would be nice if the owner followed Sonoma County’s mask mandates.

I've only been to the Anytime Fitness facilities in Santa Rosa off Skyhawk and in Sausalito off Donahue and those facilities are much nicer with newer equipment and much nicer restroom/showers. I refer to this gym as 'musty' compared to the other facilities that have the same monthly fees. For that I dock off 1 star.I docked off another star because the equipment here seems pretty old, in particular the cable machine in the center of the gym, the weight stacks on the cable machine are extremely off, by like half. Not only that, but the pole that slides in-between the weights is super wobbly and will literally get caught on the top of the remaining weight stack on the downward motion preventing you from completing smooth reps. Also, I just remembered the two blue foam pads are falling apart and need to be replaced. I understand that with use these pads will crack and become worn, but these ones barely hold up while kneeling on them.Edit P.S.After this review on my very next visit to this location, I was using the ab rollout wheel and it broke on me!!!

I appreciate this gym soooo much for letting members use the equipment outside. I travel for work and during this pandemic it has been difficult, confusing and inconsistent to work out in some places because every county state and city has its own rules and some states like California are still extremely strict about covid. This gym has made it very easy and convenient and safe, for those concerned about covid, to work out. I am extremely grateful to have found a gym that allows this flexibility. The staff is professional and nice and the equipment is new and clean. It’s honestly disappointing that there are people out there that would actually complain about this arrangement like the review below because they should be grateful we even have the ability and the benefit of working out during covid closures. I would highly recommend this gym.
