“I have lived here for 5 months now and have zero complaints. The place is clean, quiet and the apartments are nice. I had an issue with a smell under the sink and Alexandra the office manager took care of it right away. She always returns my emails if I have questions about anything. Laundry is open 24/7 and always has working washers and dryers. There are two pools, one under construction but the other is perfectly fine. They accept all sized dogs and most everyone cleans up after their dogs. I'm not sure the square footage on the web site is accurate. The one bedrooms are quite small but the layout makes it work. No A/C but they have central heat and fireplaces in most apartments. If I had one complaint it would be the lack of patio compliance. Our lease specifically says what people can put on their patios and no one listens. Some look like huge piles of trash. Its an eye sore. Other than that, I love it here so far.”

“For being near a college, and being close to a freeway we are very centrally located. There are shopping centers blocks from our complex, and there are several options at that. The best thing about Crossbrook is how quiet it is, for my experience over the past three years or so I have rarely if ever had any neighbors keep me up or cause any troubles. The community here is very kind, and is a great place to reside whether one is single, or with a family. The staff here take care of you, and make sure to get your needs met as soon as possible, from the maintenance man Mike to the kind ladies and gentleman in the office. When issues arise, there are always numbers and or services available. when and if any maintenance is going to be done we are always notified ahead of time - this goes to show that crossbrook does an excellent job of communicating consistently. The open barbecue/ pool area is very accommodating and is almost always available, they also feature a workout room which is very convenient. The trail next to CrossBrook goes along a creek and has two sides and goes a good distance in both directions. The CrossBrook community is dog friendly and so this trail next the complex is the best thing ever for my dog and I. If one is looking for a quiet place in Rhonert Park, this is exactly that and some.”

“I've been here for about three years. Chill place, clean, responsive staff and maintenance. I have always felt safe here at night. Pretty good soundproofing on the 3rd floor. Parking is good. Clubhouse and pool are nice. The maintenance crew is amazingly kind and knowledgeable. There are lots of Mountain Swallows on the buildings, so if that bothers you, look for a building with fewer nests. My only (small) complaint is a challenge with the mail delivery system. In my first year, there were mailroom break-ins, but the apartment handled it well and increased security measures. We haven't had issues since. The ongoing issue is just too many packages for the number of lockers we have. The delivery services are supposed to bring the packages to our doors if the lockers are full, but they just leave them all over the locker room floor. Based off the good staff service of the past I believe our staff is doing their best on this issue, but maybe they aren't getting support from ownership to fully fix the problem in a more impactful way. All in all, I highly recommend living here!”
