“Liccet was so helpful and made viewing the apartments nice and easy. Apartment hunting can be intimidating but liccet was so friendly and nice and walked us through the whole process. Even offering us snacks and drinks while we went over the paperwork.”
“I have lived here for 5 months now and have zero complaints. The place is clean, quiet and the apartments are nice. I had an issue with a smell under the sink and Alexandra the office manager took care of it right away. She always returns my emails if I have questions about anything. Laundry is open 24/7 and always has working washers and dryers. There are two pools, one under construction but the other is perfectly fine. They accept all sized dogs and most everyone cleans up after their dogs. I'm not sure the square footage on the web site is accurate. The one bedrooms are quite small but the layout makes it work. No A/C but they have central heat and fireplaces in most apartments. If I had one complaint it would be the lack of patio compliance. Our lease specifically says what people can put on their patios and no one listens. Some look like huge piles of trash. Its an eye sore. Other than that, I love it here so far.”
“I spoke to the manager (Jenna) in the leasing office and she was extremely helpful! The apartment my bf and I toured was very impressive and he wanted to move in immediately…I think being so close to the golf course was a major factor ;) but all kidding aside, I would love to live there.
Update: super love my apartment! This is a great place to live and all the ladies in the office (shout out to Olivia ❤️) are nice.”

“I loved the property, i had a whole tour and it really made my feel like home. I'm really looking forward to hopefully moving in. I've never felt so comfortable! This place is well taken care of and it's so beautiful!”
