Alex was incredibly patient and understanding with my mom, who isn't fluent in English. He was a phenomenal sales representative who introduced the latest phones in an easy-to-understand manner. He facilitated and explained the entire process without getting frustrated despite how long it took. I'm amazed at the wonderful customer service we received and look forward to our next AT&T visit!
