JOSE WAS GREAT. HE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL. HE ALSO KEPT ME INFORMED EACH DAY AS TO THE PROGRESS OF THE REPAIR. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE WERE VERY NICE. THEY EXPLAINED THE PAPER WORK THAT A 5 YEAR OLD WOULE UNDERSTAND. THEY ALSO HAVE COFFEE. DEFINITELY A GOOD PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR IF IT GETS HURT.

They did an excellent job!! The time estimate was exactly what they said. They even detailed the exterior of my car!! As for customer service - Jessica was amazing!! She kept us informed of the progress and even texted us with updates!! I would recommend them and will use them in the future!!

Great experience on what is usually not a fun one, getting rear ended.
Their customer service is incredible, very helpful in navigating insurance, and kept me up to speed with frequent text messages. My car looks brand new!

I've had this location repair my 2013 rear bumper and trim in August 2025, and my 2026 Tesla Y series windshield in September 2026. Safelite would not touch a Tesla Y series with scratches in the glass, because it did not have any cracks, besides I wouldn't want the third party glass for my new Tesla. They called out a Tesla specialist to replace the windshield and calibrate the cameras.
So far, I give them my highest rating!
They are very punctual, always call back, and always keep appointments, and keep me up to date on the progress of my car. In fact, if I had to fault them, I would say they follow up too much, but more is best for me for communication.
The price is competitive, and they were recommended by my insurance company as an A+ rated high value repair shop.
In addition, they are very honest about the work and what to expect. For example, my 2013 Subaru has a factory paint defect that Subaru will not cover (which is why I bought a Tesla instead second time around). The paint started peeling from corners and under trim. Its a well known defect. Crash Champions explained repainting would be too expensive for this late model car. Instead they recommended a vinyl rap as it would cost about half as much. I've gotten some estimates and they were right!

Not good, needed something done ASAP, really close to my office that would take less than 10 minutes...so i could drive home safely...
...sadly they would not squeeze me in, saying I needed an appointment and none were available today. Used another place on the other side of the freeway.

Brought my Tesla in to get the mirror done after a slight accident. Of course on a Tesla, nothing is slight.
However, the folks that Crash Champions were outstanding. Customer service was outstanding, the way my claim was handled, everything.
And wouldn't you know it, I got same-day service. I was so shocked when I dropped my car off, to get a phone call five hours later telling me my car was ready to go! Now that's service!
They also kept me informed throughout that five hours with text messages, as well as reminders before my appointments, which I appreciate appreciated.
Overall, A+!
