Man oh man what a great place. This is my favorite spot in town for a gas and a bev. The styrofoam cups are second to none and they keep my beverage cold and chilled! Employees are very friendly to me and my buddies whenever we stop by. Give it a visit! Five stars.

they were BAAAD. My husband politely asked why they don't cash lottery tickets and the female working behind the counter responded with extreme attitude "BECAUSE I SAID SO". she looked like she was on meth. she was blonde. maybe 65? time to get a new employee...... maybe one with some class, or even compassion. i went there intending to buy multiple packs of cigarettes, snacks, beverages, etc. oh- and fill my gas tank. we drove down the road to chevron. i recommend everyone does the same.

I love Circle K and will stop there any time I'm in Rohnert Park. For someone who is a Mountain Dew freak (Like Me) this would be the place to go had I not wiped them out a few nights ago...! Super duper busy in the morning but the clerks are always friendly and the coffee is always hot thanks again Circle K! ?

The outside of this place is as clean as a whistle!! Such a nice lady outside cleaning. I believe her name was Colleen. I'm from out of town and she helped me with directions, I got exactly where I needed to be at the right time. Thank you Colleen your a great asset to this place. I will be stopping on my way back. Can't say much about the cashier inside. She was a little rude didn't even get her name not hello or goodbye. I'm giving 5 stars bc of Colleen.

Pumped very overpriced gas into my car for the late night trip home from nearby casino with more in my pocket than before, so went inside this Circle K for a snack. I expected this place to be a ripoff, unclean, with employees who really didn't care that I was purchasing anything from them, and nothing disappointed that preconceived idea. M&M's and a Pepsi, $5.19 was slightly more of a ripoff than I expected, but employee attitude was better, with no thank you to be heard, but actual eye contact was realized....what a bonanza of good feelings. Best part, the store wasn't as filthy as it could have been. This place is solid mediocrity along the frontage road of American highway pride.

My very first review here and what a review it will be!! I had an experience at Pump #2 on 3/28/2020. Pulled up to the pump with 30 miles left in my tank. I went in and purchased a pack of cigarettes (I know, I know...) and $10 on pump #2. This was the last of my money. I proceeded to pump gas like I have for about 35 years and drove away. When I looked at my tank after hopping on 101, I noticed that my tank still read at 30 miles. I panicked and beelined back to find out what had happened. I had heard all of the normal clicks and did not think a thing. I pulled back up to pump #2 and went inside to explain. The cashier said that there was nothing that I could do and I panicked. I asked her to check the pump for malfunction. She said no and I explained that I live in my car and I need that gas, please, it is NOT in my tank! She asked another employee who was stocking refrigerated drinks and she came out to my car and looked at the pump which said $10 and 3. something in gas and she gave me a chance to try again. I made certain that I heard actual liquid pumping into my tank, screwed on the cap after the click and went into my car to give the cashier who given me a second chance to pump the gas I HAD PURCHASED! I gave the first cashier a small Bath & Body Works hand sanitizer as a 'thank you' for helping me out and seemingly believing me. When I returned the next morning to buy cigarettes, (I know, I know) the cashier who had given me the second chance barked rudely at me that she had checked the cameras all day and I had only been on camera once. I said that I must have come in spirit the first time. I was taken aback with this accusation. I got teary and looked to the cashier who had rung up my transaction and she bluntly said, 'No, you just bought cigarettes.' You can imagine how I felt at that point. I informed the one accusing me that I am very honest and I give money back! I told her that I gave $70 back to the ladies at my doctors office who had pooled it and given to me to help in January. She said why? And I said because I don't take handouts. I said I don't even take food stamps. All three ladies ganged up on me and I am the most honest person in the world. I give money back to cashiers when they give me too much. Are these ladies projecting? I took my money and said I would not want those cigarettes and walked out in disbelief. After I got over crying for half an hour and telling the cashier at the Shell station down the street in full on tears about this accusation, I hopped on the phone with my number blocked and the cashier who had rudely told me no more hot water for my thermos with which I ASKED to get after PURCHASING something. (This was the start of our 'shelter in place'. Now I had to pay $.50 for a cup of hot water which of course I had no money for. (Believe it or not) I was upset at how rudely I was informed of this.) This was the cashier who answered my blocked number call when asking for the owner's name. She said, "We can't give out that information." and she HUNG UP. So here I sit, wondering why so secretive? Obviously, this is a KNOWN issue with the pumps. The other review said the SAME THING. #1 though. Along with most people, I expect that the gas that I CANNOT see entering my tank is the amount that I have paid for. The receipt to me is the gas level in my tank. There was gas in my tank after the second pumping attempt. I wonder if the California State Board of Equalization knows about this. I believe they regulate gas and the numerous associated taxes. Maybe that's why the clerk was so secretive about the owner's name. (update: 3/31/2020- The correct department is Weights and Measures. REPORTED TODAY. Beware of being called a thief and to do business invisibly, ( or with a malfunctioning video camera ) or with a cashier who for being so young, has a very short memory. I bought cigarettes (I know, I know) and $10 of gas.

I’d seriously give this place - zero stars if I could absolutely horrible customer service. If you don’t want to be friendly you shouldn’t work in customer service I will be by all means avoiding this location and so will my friends and family.

I have a complaint about this Circle K location located at this address: 5060 Redwood Dr, Rohnert Park, CA 94928. The gas pump at Pump No. 1 was not working. After I inserted my debit card it did accept it, but then no gas would pump. No matter what I tried it would not pump gas. I even had my significant other who was with me try himself, and he could not get it to work. So, that is two people trying the same gas pump. After awhile the transaction ended at zero dollars and zero cents. I was very frustrated at this point and decided to walk into the store to get help as I could not locate a call button on the pump to get an attendee outside to help. When I went in the store it was extremely crowded and at the very instance I entered, the second of only two employees exited to the back of the store through a door, never to return. I had to interrupt a current store transaction between employee and customer to voice that the pump was malfunctioning. The employee was extremely rude and curt with me and all he could utter was that "There's nothing there." I said, "What do you mean there's nothing there?" He said again "There's nothing there." "You did not pay you put no money on pump." I attempted explaining that I HAD PUT MONEY ON IT, then nothing happened and then the card transaction had ended. He did not compute or care to understand what had happened, that the pump was broken. Not only was this extremely frustrating, but two men in line were laughing hysterically at me which made me extremely embarrassed and mortified, and another person in line was also not understanding. The whole situation was terrible and inexcusable lack of caring from your employee who never came out to help me at any point. this location is f------garbage, trash.

The gas pump WOULD NOT pump any gas, even though it ACCEPTED my debit card. The employee refused to come out and help and accused me of lying about it. Total trash gas station, garbage!!!
