It can be a stressful situation having to rent a car. I've definitely been disappointed when reserving vehicles through other locations. However, this particular location has been nothing short of stellar. In my personal experiences here, vehicles have always available wether I've pre reserved or been a walk-in customer. The manager, Promise, is always seen powering through the high demand for cars needed at this busy location. I've never rented anywhere (including this location prior to his arrival) close to the level of service and efficiency I've experienced here with Promise. I'm a patient person especially since I'm usually last minute with bookings. Having working with the public myself, It's been a shame witnessing any customers take their stress out on him or staff a few times. Believe me, this location is A+. They've worked hard to fill my needs and I've seen many happy customers while return visiting. I do recommend always calling any Enterprise when reserving a vehicle online to make sure one is in stock for you. But, I will reiterate, this is the only location where I've rented and the car is actually available. With that said, I only use this location based off car availability and the service I've received many times from Promise.

It's a shame you have to leave at least 1 star what kind of car rental place is closed on Saturday and Sundays. Then the guy is rude on top of that.

RENT WITH CAUTION HERE. It is not the employees fault they are short staffed. Both on the phone and in person wait time was a minimum of 15 minutes. I rented a car on the 17th of July and returned it Friday the 21st. I still have not received my deposit back of $200 (now I've contacted my bank). The deposit was due back Friday the 21st. But I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. On Monday the 17th I was picked up at Crash Champions by a young man who transferred customers to Enterprise. He was running yellow lights, taking fast turns and breaking hard. I walked into Enterprise to find three individuals in line before me. There is only one customer service representative renting out cars! Really unfortunate for Promise Sydney. He always goes above and beyond, especially when he's by himself.

Expected to have a bad experience dealing with the logistics of getting a rental car after someone hit my parked car, but honestly the team at Rohnert Park Enterprise did a phenomenal job of making the best out of a crappy situation. Promise (the GM?), Nico, and the other associate who just moved here from Arizona who helped me out (sorry I forgot your name but you know who you are), you guys had some killer customer service and made it a solid experience. Got set up with a nice rental mustang, got a ride home when I didn't have transportation set up, and the GM even made some phone calls for me to help navigate some of the insurance issues I was running into. Great experience and a pleasant surprise from what I thought would be a negative interaction. Thanks for the help guys!

This review is long overdue! I would like to thank the Manager for Rohnert Park Enterprise, Promise for the amazing service. He helped me get all the information I needed and answer emails on a timely manner. The rental car that was given to us was very clean and up to the standard that we want and served us well during the 2 weeks. I will surely recommend this location if you need rental cars.

This place was easy to get s vehicle that fit your needs. The vehicle was comfortable and affordable. The service was great. I had to wait a bit but only because they had lots of customers to serve. Great place to get a temporary rental. Thanks, Promise.

I rented a car for more than a week provided by my insurance. I want to say that I felt supported and welcomed since I arrived. Their customer service was beyond my expectations. Particularly Mr. Promise who processed the car super fast, made the experience fun and easy and i was driving my car in minutes!It’s awesome to see people who care and are intentional to make an experience for their customers so pleasant considering I was just in an accident a few days back.Thank you Promise for your kind service!Also returning the car was so easy, they have drop off outside office hours super straightforward. Makes it easy for ppl who are on a 9-5 schedule from work. It helped me a lot.Definí will come back again!Thank you!

I rented a car in Santa Rosa and when I got there at 11:30AM they didn't have the car. After looking for 1/2 hour they gave me a worse car. I didn't leave the lot until after 12 noon so assumed I had 24 hours. When I returned the car in Reno the next day at 12 noon they charged me $28 extra for being 32 minutes late. I will NEVER rent from this AWFUL company again.

After what happened to me today at enterprise rent a car in Rohnert Park I feel very disappointed by a agent name Youniss ,this guys is very awful , horrible and as a person who working at customer service it’s look like his lost this king job is not for him he force to get dirty car who clean inside but Still have a bad smell but outside the car was dirty and I tell him it’s not ok for me to get a dirty car Omg ? he start yelling at me and tell bad words and say that they not calling to rent a car here you can go somewhere else. And tell him you don’t what are you doing because business not working with out customers so finally the manager who was about to leave and a nice guys name Paul help with the car, wash it and make my frustration go away thank you Promise the manager and Paul !

Went to pick up car and it was short staffed ( like so many businesses today) but service rep handled procedure very professional and friendly. Car was spotless when picked up.

Promise at the Rp location was great. He worded with us to get the vehicle we wanted for our family vacation. Will be renting from them again in the future.
