I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I genuinely couldn’t let this one pass by without expressing my gratitude. I had to arrange storage during a very overwhelming and transitional moment in my life - the kind of moment where even small tasks can feel heavy. From the moment I walked into the ExtraSpace Storage office, I felt immediately more at ease thanks to Mark.
The office itself was immaculately clean and cool (a blessing on a warm day), and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Mark greeted me with genuine kindness and professionalism. He was patient, thorough, and incredibly helpful without ever being pushy or rushed. He explained everything clearly, answered every question I had (even the small ones), and made sure I was completely comfortable with the entire process.
It may have just been another workday for him, but for me, it meant everything to be treated with dignity and warmth at a time when my plate was overflowing. He turned what could have been a stressful task into something refreshingly simple and smooth - and I walked out of there not just with a storage unit, but with a real sense of relief.
If you’re looking for a clean, secure storage facility and to be helped by someone who actually cares, this is the place. Mark, thank you for being such a kind human and for helping me when I needed it most.
I hope that whoever is in charge (if that isn’t Mark and I sure hope it is!) sees this and knows that they are lucky to have someone interacting with the tenants of these units.

Mark and Jhonny were incredibly supportive, going above and beyond to help me with a lease transfer. The service was top-notch and the space itself is clean, modern, and perfectly suited for our needs. I highly recommend them for their outstanding support and quality.

Two friends, who previously rented at Extra Space Storage in Rohnert Park, recommended this storage facility to me because they were happy with the space and service provided. I found it to be clean, easily accessible, and safe. Mark, the owner who helped us, was very personable, professional, and detail oriented. He helped make the process so smooth and easy.

I have been a decades long user of the Rhonert Park storage facility. Multiple times when I've had questions or concerns, a gentleman named Mark (on duty today 8/1 at 11:30 am) has listened, understood my questions or concerns and helped. He is a great employee, with wonderful customer service interactions. He's why I kerp my business there. Just want to send a thank you for Mark.
