The store manager Jaime is absolutely brilliant. The patience this man conveys is mesmerizing and his friendly attention and response a true game changer. The store is clean, well-lit, beautifully stocked, the copiers always work, and the internet is reliable. Keep doing you, Jaime!

I had gone there a couple months ago to ship a package outside the US. I had only clothes to ship and it was only 3 t-shirts. The old white guy with longer hair, slim body told me he was unable to ship anything that had to do with clothes. Which was extremely weird because I had gone to another FedEx in Petaluma where it wasn’t a problem. They had told me because of their policies. I ended up going to Petaluma to get my package shipped, they did it with no problem. I completely don’t understand why they refused to help me and ship my t-shirts. I don’t recommend going to this FedEx at all.

I normally use FedEx for work purposes but lately I've needed to use this specific FedEx for personal printing purposes. They always do a great job on my printings. I've needed a few large poster boards, flyers and a few other random projects done for a memorial and 1st bday that I planned in the last few months. Everything looked great, was done on time or early and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are high but you get what you pay for right?

Back at FedEx for another print job. This time I printed from Canva to FedEx. My first order was frustratingly cancelled by Canva. But I reordered my 500 flyers, called Jaime to confirm, and picked up the next day! I needed more flyers a few weeks later, so again ordered through Canva to FedEx, again called in advance to confirm, and again my order was ready soon after. So thankful for Jaime and his wonderful customer service on the phone and in person! I must have visited at the perfect time, mid-morning on a weekday, as there wasn't a line either time. If you need anything printed, I highly recommend this location and ordering online in advance. I'll be back!

Printing service was decently cheap and staff was friendly. Issue is that the printer is not borderless; you'll have white borders around whatever you print. Honestly, this is to be expected and par for the course for most places, but the reason I'm bringing it up is because the borders are uneven. They really need to get a better printer, or at the very least offer to cut the edges for you.

This place has the best service I've ever had when shipping anything or mailing anything or printing anything Jamie is the best and his crew. He was very helpful in me designing my flyer for my housekeeping business. I never have seen someone multitask as well as he does and his crew. If you need anything mailed definitely go to them or anything printed if I could give them 10 stars I would.

Super fast and friendly, postage is more expensive which you have to expect when you go into this type of location. All the staff's had masks on provided hand sanitizer and cleaned after each customer

I went to make digital copies yesterday. I went to look at the digital files and there were NONE. The copying machine said the flash drive was connected but NONE of my files had downloaded to my flash drive! I spent 50 dollars and 2 hours of my time for NOTHING.

Joyce was wonderful today as she was last month when I went to get help from her when I made the mistake of using Kraft paper without plenty of tape to wrap it around. She was patient and diligent in helping me finish my order so it would be accepted by FedEx.

I need to leave an exemplary review for the store manager Jaime Hernandez. Over 3 weeks ago a very important package was sent and never received/arrived to the destination. This package contained over 6 months of work. I only realized it was missing after I called the receiver and we could not track it. My world flipped upside down. I searched everywhere and even had a tracking number. I even called the UPS store in town just in case there was a mixup. Jaime understood my distress and empathized with situation. He went above the call of duty and even looked at video footage of the day to see if the package was mishandled. That took time and dedication because it was also important to him to make sure service at his location did everything by the book. In the end, I physically went down to the UPS store pleaded with them to check while I was there, previous phone conversations with them was that they would check and call me back. They never called or checked. The packages was on a shelf in the back of their store for 3 weeks. They did not call me or the receiver about the package. Or even give it to FedEx. What a difference in effort from Jaime to the clowns at the competitor. After a lot of heartache and anxiety, I come to realize that their are people who take pride in their work and care for people. Jaime is the pinnacle example of those people. My kudos and gratitude to him for his service. FedEx needs to be aware of this quality employee.

A little help please not sure if this office has conducted training. A couple of really nice guys serving the public thank you! However wearing a mask that does not cover your nose is equal to no mask. We aren't protecting chins and mouths we need those noses covered please and thank you

I was stressing over sending a package to South Africa considering the documented corruption in public services over there. I was advised to use DHL, but in this country they have terrible customer service, inconsistent information and price quotes - and are ridiculously, wildly expensive in the end. FedEx was suggested and not only were they cheaper but the service and attitude of the clerk and staff at this FedEx made effort to secure the shipment properly and attentively, which helped ease my concerns. The shipment was estimated to take 1 week to arrive (which I was skeptical about) so I was very happy to learn it arrived two days early - that even surprised the recipient. I appreciate the service received at this FedEx considering my less than happy experience with other offices in the Bay Area.
