Well when I was working and living closer to this home Depot . It was easy to pick up supplies lumber hardware appliances cabinets gardening supplies sometimes it was at least five or six times a week . Now I shop at the home Depot in Windsor it's just down the street from me. And I really like the employees there. And have a good relationship with them . Good people . Prices are fair and competitive. Never really had a bad experience. In shopping at any home Depot . Are there in a couple dents in a refrigerator. That's not the fault of the store that's the fault of warehouse. The lumber sales is good because it's right there at The front and side door so it's easy to get materials in and out quick. I think this door has probably the best gardening department it just I don't know why just seems to have a lot more and most of the other stores maybe it's just a layout.

Bad store the only problem is all the employees Park up at the front of the store I got there about 10 minutes before they opened the parking lot was completely full nowhere to park anywhere near the door so I got out and went and waited for the store to open me and three other people walked in all the other cars were employees

Just like all home Depot's in California it is hard to find anyone who can help or even find products in the store. Best if you already know what you need and don't bother calling because they rarely ever answer their phone

You get what you pay for. Everyone knows that Home Depot is the impersonal and poorly stocked big box store, but sometimes is very convenient. Occasionally they have just what you need under one roof.

Called for information on my garage door that was under warranty that I purchased at home depot and had their people install. They were useless, basically laughed at me and said call the manufacturer. Kind of as expected. They don't honor their warranties, so I will purchase windows, doors, garage doors, lawn mowers else where.

I waited 13 minutes to get tools unlocked. No associate was there to help. Over $500 of tools, Home Depot did not want to take my money. Their management and staff don't care. Went to Friedman's down the street and bought the same tools. I don't know why I even go to Home Depot anymore.

All the workers at the Rhonert Park Home Depot, from the sales associate who took my order, to the lumber yard workers to the floor managers and top manager were super friendly and helpful! I was very happy with my experience in getting fence pickets there. The quality of their fence pickets was very nice also! I will most certainly shop there again.
