I was having issues with being able to pay online and went into the mattress firm in Rohnert park and Eric helped me complete my purchase and price matched the online price. He was fantastic with his service. And I really appreciated his help

On Saturday, 7/15/23, I went into Mattress Firm and ordered a bunky board to be delivered Tuesday 7/18/23. I arranged to work from home that day to receive the delivery. I got a call the night before indicating the bunky board would be delivered between 1300 and 1500. I went to work early in the morning and returned to my apartment at 0830 to receive another delivery, an overnight shipment via UPS. By 1500, my Mattress Firm delivery still had not arrived despite an automated call indicating the drivers were 10 minutes away. I called Mattress Firm at 1530 to inquire. She said the driver was 11 stops away. By 1800, still no delivery.Next day, no call from Mattress Firm to reschedule or apologize. I finally called at approximately 1400. She researched and the company indicated I wasn't home when they came by. I never left my apartment. I have a loud doorbell. I would have heard them. Also, why would I pay $100 for something I need and then not be there to receive it? I requested a refund. Will purchase elsewhere.

I called Kayla at the Rohnert Park store we talked for a little bit over the phone she advised me to come on in so she could try some mattresses out for me I walked in very friendly straight to the point I was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes purchased a mattress full purchase price and they are coming the next day to pick up my old mattress and put my new mattress in place I'm very excited and happy with the customer service I received from her she explained everything twice to me to make sure that I understood everything was the most friendly person I've seen in a long time she knew what follow through and customer service is all about you guys are lucky to have her as an employee she is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't understand something she calls for help doesn't have pride and reassures when asking for help that it shouldn't take that long but we just want to make sure that we get everything done correctly and I really appreciate that I wish I could tip but I know that we can cuz she would have got like a $50 tip for me she's really cool I really appreciate her hard work.

When I walked into the store, the salesman, Mike was immediately friendly, professional and so helpful. He directed me to the perfect mattress that suited my needs.Then, he gave me several discounts and saved me lots of money! I love my new bed; it is very comfortable. I was very sad and frustrated I had made a big purchase of more than $40,000 at Ashley furniture store which had left me totally disappointed by their incomplete delivery service.very frustrated I started looking for a place where I could buy new mattresses that I urgently needed for my family I went to The mattress Firm is located in the city of Rohnert Park. A soon as I walk in They welcomed me with a big smile and they took care of me very kindly. I instantly felt that they were going to solve my problem and I was not wrong, so it was Erick who took care of us, he is a great guy, excellent customer service. Jammy helped us when we went in to replace our very old mattress, showing us the updated version of our current mattress, as well as a few others that we might have been interested in based on what we had told her. She was super helpful and we were able to find the one right for us quickly and get delivery scheduled.

My experience on August 7,2022 was excellent. My sales person that day was Danelia and she went above and beyond for me that day. she was willing to wait for me to get to the store even though it was closing soon in order to allow me to receive a sale item that the sale was ending that day . She gave me extra discounts on a mattress due to the fact we didn’t need the free adjustable base for it. She didn’t rush us through the sale or shopping even though it was a couple hours after closing time by the time we were leaving. Anytime I return to mattress firm I will be requesting her as my personal sales person. You need more employees like her.

My fiance and I had a great experience in store today with Mike. Mike was very knowledgeable on what he was selling, and was very kind and patient. There was an issue with my account being charged but Mike was adamant about resolving this issue and bam, we will have our new comfy mattress delivered in 3 days.
