“MED has provided the BEST medical purchasing experience I've ever had, and I've been blown away by them, which is so rare in the medical industry. They are honest, fair, and they follow through with their promises (shocking)! After unsuccessfully trying to order a critically-needed SCD for a relative's painful edema through a local medical supply store that was extremely incompetent and unkind, I found MED. They offered the device for less than HALF of what other companies wanted, and I received the item promptly. What impresses me about this company is that it is very responsible and customer-oriented. MED resolved a couple minor issues quickly and efficiently. They didn't point fingers or shift blame like is so common in our third-party insurance-dominated medical system. They took responsibility and worked tirelessly to ensure I was totally satisfied with the purchase. If I could give 10 stars, I would, and I'm picky. My parents spend thousands of dollars annually on medical expenses, and we will be coming to MED first from now on and will be encouraging everyone we know to use them. This was a great experience. All medical purchases should be like this.”

He even told me to call back if those companies didn’t work out for any reason and he would help me search for more. “Dr. Shipley is incredible! He’s super knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. He wants to correct your vision and get you out of glasses if possible. Instead of putting a band aid on the problem. He can do it all I received punctual plugs over a year ago and it’s been amazing for me. I however still have extremely dry eyes due to Sjogren’s and eye fatigue from digital screens. Not a problem for the Dr. he will continue to follow up and literally will try everything to help you not be in pain. You have a serious problem he has the solution. I’ve seen a lot of optometrist and he’s in a league of his own…He’s practically my hero!
The rest of staff is amazing as well! They don’t miss a beat. The best selection of eyewear as well. Came for the glasses stayed for the service over and over.”
