Well... I needed assistance reactivating cell service to my boyfriend's phone that has been off for 7 months now. I called 3 metroPcs stores and one store quoted me $70 the second store quoted me $76 and then at this store I was quoted $50 by an employee named Alex. He was so awesome! He helped me and explained everything to me perfectly. I liked him a lot. He made everything so smooth and was pleasant to work with. Dude drives all the way to Rohnert park from Oakland!!!!!????? Say what!!!?? All around awesome experience and he didn't overcharge me either. Love ya Alex!!!!!! Great employee

I came to the store to get a phone and the gentleman working told me that there are only four phones in stock out of 23 on the show floor. He also said he recommends none of them. Great! Whats the point of being open?

I am very grateful for the attention received by the boy who assisted us on Saturday morning, October 14. We had a serious problem caused through the management carried out by a young Metro telephone operator, and this boy helped us in the store in a selfless, efficient and fast manner. "He fixed our lives" in 10 minutes.Thank you very much, Yemen will always be in our hearts.

Stopped by to see about getting an upgrade spoke with Alex and he let me know he didn’t have any iPhones available at the moment but took the time to call different stores to ask. Spectacular customer service thanks Alex !

After 20 years with Verizon, I came to metro. My first visit was approximately 7 months ago. I don't like giving bad reviews on one visit so I will quickly move on.My second visit was a month ago. I went in to get my 6 year old a phone. I was tired of her running all of my data out each month downloading.It was then I met the angel of metro, Luis. This kid is great. For a young man this age, to have such meticulous customer service skills. I am impressed.I'm almost speechless. Added bonus, he answers the phone when you call. In my past experiences, nobody else hasThank you Luis. You have a bright future ahead of you with your skillsUPDATE... I went in to add a line recently. The angel of Metro PCS - Luis - was in. I called and made sure of it. As expected, he was courteous, friendly and he remembered me and my job as we discussed. Nothing makes a fat older woman feel twitterpated more than being acknowledged and remembered.I will reiterate... This kid has a bright future in a dim world. He's definitely going to be the best hire someone makes one day. I suggest T Mobile step up and swoop this one and make it worth his while before someone else does! Just sayin'

Terrible cell company. Their automated and employees are not working together! I've been suspended 3 times because the systems don't coincide. They also don't do refunds for overcharging. DON'T use this company!
