PetSmart is a massive, very clean, and local store with a good wide selection of stuff for many pets. The place offers lots of choices to choose from, including new cats for adoption every Saturday. Select locations provide services like pet grooming, which receives high recommendations for being a positive experience where employees listen to needs and deliver. The employees are nice people who explain everything and provide helpful customer service, such as handling returns. Shoppers can find everything from bird food and chameleons to fish tanks and aquatic plants, often leaving with more than they planned. It is a treat to see new cute fluffy faces and look around.
Normally very understaffed & busy, the staff will roll their eyes or give you attitude when you kindly ask for assistance with crickets when they have time.. im willing to wait but they must hate it with a passion. Otherwise its clean & the check out process is smooth.

No other store in town stalked the gut health support product needed for my dog. The customer service side was great too.
