Website say closed 130-2 1:27 closed gates in my face not back until 2:15. Employees decided to argue with me saying it wasn't until 130 that they closed the gates when I was literally on my phone looking at the time. Probably going to switch pharmacies

I will never use this pharmacy or store ever again!! After the nurse , who is discharging my husband from the hospital for heart issues, spends 20 mins on the phone and they say they don't have the prescription she then has the dr resend the prescription again and I spend 20 minutes on hold and the pharmacist finally comes back and says yes he has both oerscriptions and I try to have him confirm that he has both medications in stock and he says yes. We get here 45 minutes before they close and the idiot pharmacist says he only had 1 prescription twice and basically they are not going to help. The pharmacist was too busy acting like he knew what he was doing to even listen to what I was saying when I was verifying they had both medications in stock. He even said yes to that. THEY SUCK BIG TIME and would rather see a heart patient die or end up back in the ER to get his medication because they are too incompetent!!! I will never shop here again!! The incompetence WILL KILL someone! Negative 10 stars!!

If I could give a half star I would. They seem like they need help because they called me on a Friday and said I had a prescription to be picked up which I didn't request so I said I could pick it up on Monday the following week and when I went in on Monday they said it was a 3 month supply instead of 1 month because they processed it through my old insurance.... They said they needed to adjust the count so I asked if I could come back on Tuesday because I was late to dinner at my parents house. So I come back today Tuesday and they said they haven't adjusted the count on it and they needed 10-15 mins. And THEN 5 minutes later they said it was requested a month too early and said I couldn't get it. I'm not upset about the medication, I'm more frustrated they'd wasted my time twice now!!! Giving misinformation and not being competent. Honestly it's very frustrating. And I do feel bad for them it seems like they need more staffing or retraining or to get there shit together. Next they call me or anyone for a medication refill that you didn't place don't waste your time unless you are actually about to run out. BIG JOKE.

I have used this pharmacy for years and have been very happy with them. The customer service in the store is always very good for me. My issue of late is that it is extremely difficult to talk with someone on the phone. The line is either busy or I get put on hold with loud music playing and after 15 minutes I give up. This issue has been constant for about a year. It's easier to drive to raley's and talk to them in person than reach them on the phone ... not good.

I don’t recommend frequenting the store due to new customer service or lack thereof. I’ve been a long time customer and had a horrible customer service experience today with courtesy clerk (checker), bagger and team lead. The only courteous person was Kyle that was collecting carts and the second cashier I checked out with.

As of recent I’ve been pretty frustrated with RALEY’S pharmacy staff. The lack of concern, help with issues in getting my prescription filled properly. It’s been two weeks since an issue arose and a staff member was to contact my insurance company to see what the delay is. All began with my eye doctors office prescribing wrong dosage instructions which changed the prescription. Same prescription different dosage. This staff member hasn’t phoned me. I’ve phoned a few times. Can’t get through or put on hold for 15 minutes. And still nothing has been resolved. It’s ridiculous!More issues the past few years and isn’t getting better. The staff is not trained properly, customer service is poor. Staff doesn’t go beyond to assist you and are very rude. I’m tired of how I’ve been treated. Disappointed doesn’t quite describe how I feel.

I wanted to thank Arnie the pharmacist for going above and beyond and assisting my father Ron Lindsay with getting his prescription filled. It was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy and for some reason it wasn't sent over. Arnie reached out to the physicians office and got everything taken care in a timely manner. Arnie is there to help the people and not just for the job. You don't find this kind of service today it really makes a difference for the people you serve knowing your in good hands. Thank you for all that you do Arnie. You definitely have the old ways instilled in you!!!

Your store is very very dirty. The self checkout registers are gross. The rat trap on the left side of entrance is terrible. Come on there’s a pandemic clean the store.

I'm in terrible pain from a lower back injury. I received an automated call that my prescription for pain killers, anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxers was ready, so I drove to Rayley's. I make my way back to the pharmacy (which took me 15 minutes from the car because I'm walking so slowly), go right up to the counter and tell the pharm-tech my name. She can't find my prescription on the hanging rack, so she tells me it'll be about 15 minutes. So I go to sit in the waiting area, but there are no chairs! So I'm standing there with a bad back and a cane, waiting for them to fill a prescription for which I already received a call that said it was ready. Not very happy at this point. Finally the tech calls me back to the register, but she has only one bottle of pills. I knew the doctor had sent three prescriptions over, so I ask where the other two are, and she tells me they only received one. So I tell her there should be three. She goes behind the counter for 5 minutes, and returns with two pill bottles and now she tells me they only received two prescriptions (hmmm, how did it go from one to two?). So I call my doctor's office and they confirm that all three prescriptions were sent at the same time, but that they will call the pharmacy to see what's wrong. Another 15 minutes goes by and finally one of the techs comes up and says they haven't heard from my doctor. So I call my doctor's office again and they say they've been trying to call over and over but just keep getting sent to voicemail. So they say they'll just send it over again. Yet another 15 minutes later, the pharmacist approaches and tells me they've got all three prescriptions, but it will be another 45 minutes before they're ready. So I ask why, and he tells me the pain killers are in a time-release safe that only opens periodically. At that point I suggested they get some chairs for their waiting area and then just left because I was about to lose my temper. I'm suffering as is, need the medication I'm waiting for, like RIGHT NOW, and then I have to stand around for over an hour while they try to figure out how to do their job properly and then ask me to wait for another 45 minutes!? What a fiasco. I will avoid using this pharmacy again.

Yes, people are easily agitated and often in a disorderly haste. I know life is too short to be wasted standing in line at a pharmacy or the DMV and even worse, to be ill treated by a rude employee. The reputation of Raley's Pharmacy Rohnert Park has been awful. True, I agree there were times the pharmacy gets super slammed and those times are anybody's guess. Tempers flare after a prolonged wait. Dilly-dallying by a new or incompetent staff in resolving a problem with the Rx refill or insurance would add to the frustration. Maybe I'm retired and am more patient. Who knows I may just be a nice guy! Service did suffer after the retirement of the long time manager Russell. He might be grumpy at times when stressed......who doesn't? But he did get the job done and always polite and apologetic to me. Then followed a period of staff instability when there were frequent employee turnover. A new manager, Ernie, recently took over the reins with the support of a new team. He was a breath of fresh air. No effort was spared to upgrade your next Raley's experience. New pharmacy techs were recruited and would undergo training to beef up the service. Ever since graduating from pharmacy school in 2011, Ernie has been with a Raley's pharmacy and is now a permanent resident manager in RP. Ernie recognizes that quick and friendly service is the name of the game. Plus there will be some permanency and consistency in the staffing!

Dismayed at the lack of courtesy and competence shown. Sorry I chose this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. Younger staff would benefit from customer service training.
