I had a wonderful experience working with Josh. They helped me seamlessly find a tenant and perfectly managed every aspect of the rental. I also sold the home and they helped the new owners transition with the tenant. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Pacific Properties on two separate properties! During my most recent stay I experienced very good communication when I reached out, exceptionally clean/tidy landscape and carports. As well as a home that helped me get to the next of my life. Thanks for everything!
