Rebounderz and our host Elizbet were amazing from start to finish. Booking was super easy, they reached out timely to confirm details, and the set up and service was seamless. Seriously, I’ve never had streamers set up or cake served so expeditiously. I barely had to do anything, I actually got to jump and enjoy time with my child. “best birthday ever, mom!”

This past weekend I had my kids birthday at Rebounderz. This was the second time throwing my kids birthday party at Rebounderz. We did it three years ago and had a great experience and my kids asked to do it again so we came back and had an even better experience! Audrina was our host and she was fantastic! I choose to throw two birthday parties at once because my kids birthdays are a week apart. Audrina did a great job handling everything including a very last minute request to do dodge ball. She has to stop what she’s doing and go be the ref and she made it happen. I was so appreciative. Overall Rebounderz makes it so easy to throw a party and we will definitely be back!

Fun place but I went there with my daughter and paid for a time limit and had to wait multiple times for their understaffed employees to be able to come and open things for my daughter that I thought we would have. I would understand If there was no time limit but being that there was, I would expect to not have to wait 10 or 20 minutes for something to open.

Our host Jaylan S. was great in helping our child celebrate their birthday. Very attentive and helpful in the party room. Overall, feedback for Rebounderz would be the staff more or stagger breaks better as the basketball court was shut down for a majority of the party due to no one staffing it. The climbing wall is also another spot that gets shut down due to no one staffing it.

Carina (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) did an amazing job keeping everyone safe and managing multiple stations. I saw her directing employees to where they needed to be and she kept her composure very well during what seemed to be a busy time. I have managed a business before and so I recognize a good manager when I see one. My family enjoyed our experience out of town today very much. Thank you

Had a Great Birthday party for my boy and 18 of his friends
Our hos Oliver was super nice and accommodating. When he noticed I was cleaning the tables he came and told me that it was his duty and would gladly take care of the clean up and I should enjoy the birthday party
Also impressed by Alize and Brandon who helped us feel like VIP

We just had my 4-year old son's birthday party at Rebounderz last weekend. It was so smooth and all of the kids had a great time! We had kids ranging from age 4 to age 10 and they all loved it. Our table downstairs was set up when we arrived, and our dedicated assistant Oliver was so great! He got us checked in very quickly and he was very patient with the kids. He would come find us periodically to check in and make sure we didn't need anything. He helped us serve the pizza and the cake. It was a great experience and Oliver was the icing on the cake! Thanks so much for making my son's birthday a success.

Sierra S. made my daughter’s 9th birthday party so special! She was kind, chatted with the girls, and had some really great convos with the parents. She was there when we got there and was extremely communicative. Honestly enjoyed having her as a host and if we book again, we would request her in a heartbeat. Thank you Sierra for making Harper’s birthday party amazing and giving us tips about cheer comps in Palm Springs, that was amazing!

Also even if it’s not a party this place is a blast.! Yes it does have some down side like the popcorn is almost all the time a bit burnt. Same with the pizza for the party it came out a little toasty but that’s nothing to stop coming or have it ruin my experience of coming back.
It also gets pretty busy on the weekend so be extra patient at getting in. A Tip would be make sure waiver is filled out if it’s been over a year then a waiver needs to be made by the parent or guardians of the child jumping.

Awful experience! Brought our own jump socks and were forced to purchase “official” rebounderz socks. They refused to refund my money. What a way to nickel and dime hard working folks. We are from out of town, so I couldn’t just run home for our “official” Rebounderz socks. I will never return. To top it off the manager referred to me as “doll”

Overpriced… charge $20 for my daughter who just barely turned 2. Utah trampoline parks are 65% cheaper. Obviously we came here to play with our 1 daughter - over $75… so guess we’re sitting this one out. Going to 3 movies would have been cheaper. Oh… last thing? Utah trampoline parks admit for 3 hours and are fee for 2 and under.
