Very rude workers, 3 of them were yelling. We accidentally hit a ball over the aisle, the one worker started yelling and kicked us out and told 2 other workers old blond and brunette.and told us she would call our parents, (threat) never coming back.and kept asking multiple questions, I felt harassed.

The Safeway Deli, hot food counter, sandwich area seems to have really gotten their shit together of late. There once was an angry old lady that made sandw iches in the day shift, but she has found other employment it seems. It's truly amazing how one bad seed can make an entire crew toxic. I like not having to think about what lunch is gonna be. Now i can just get in my truck and go straight there, its a no brainer. Anyhow, thumbs totally up to what they've got going on now. I'm almost in shock hearing myself say how proud I am of these numbsculls. Keep up the good work sandwich Gurus. You guys are Killin it, RP store. Thanks, Billy Bob

I feel so bad for the employees. I can't imagine what it would be like in hell, but the people who work there would probably find it to be an improvement. All the Safeways are sliding on customer service and food quality these days. This particular Safeway has hard bitten customers at the end of their rope served by hard bitten employees at the end of their rope. My cashier was clearly on drugs and totally out of it. Wouldn't you be? I sure would. The Safeway model is as follows: 1) Premium prices. 2) Stores that haven't seen a remodel since the 90s. 3) Attempting to run stores on half the labor required. And 4) rotting meat and vegetables. Hopefully Kroger will buy the place, it could only improve.

Went to the deli last weekend with my family and there was only (2) people working there! A young man name Kobe and a girl with a beanie were running around trying to help customers and I genuinely felt sorry for them. Their service deserved 5 stars, but they deserve more help. They tag teamed about 8 sandwiches and got us out there quickly, but they should put more people in the deli.

I bought a rotisserie chicken a couple of days ago for my sister-in-law. The next day when she started to use it to make a meal, she found it full of poultry worms. Very disgusting to say the least. I’ll never buy another chicken from Safeway.

Tanya in the liquor department went out of her way to get want I wanted. She has been trying to get certain bottles that typically go to other stores. Her determination paid off and my bottles finally came in. She is the best.

I love Safeway. But today I was treated so badly by a women employee working in the deli/hot food that I wanted to speak with a manager. She should not work with the public if she's going to bring her bad attitude and treat the customers like we're putting her out. I came in to the store happy and left feeling violated. She should be spock to or fired so she can do something that makes her happy. Shame on her for treating customers so poorly.Gina Olibas

Clean store with helpful staff. The lines were very long, seemed to be short staffed on cashiers although there were more employees stocking around the store. The customers were very patient and that says a lot about the people that shop there.

Meat departments looks very clean and everything looks so fresh and appetizing. Great job to whoever was running the meat department Aug 6 at 4:30 pm. Meat tastes great and is always perfect.

I got a sandwich from the deli side. The lady was kinda rude and rushed me with my order. She didn't walk me through the sandwich and we completely forgot to put the cheese on. Lol I know it's mostly my fault but I feel like she's supposed to ask me some questions as to what I'd like on my sandwich too. At the end I remembered salt and pepper and she visibly huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes and began to take the sandwich apart. I told her it was alright she could just put it on the bread. Then she just closed up my sandwich really fast so I forgot the cheese. Then she was upset because I wanted to pay there at the deli. I came in with a group of individuals that are non verbal and sometimes yell, so maybe that's why she was put off.

This city's motto is that it is the friendliest city. I assure you, it is not. The customer service is terrible. The management is pretty awful, too. Two times now, I have tried to return unopened and unperishable items. Just 2 things on a receipt that has over 60 items on it. Again, they refuse- this time on the grounds that they don't take returns on aisle 13. I said, "Well, you should post that somewhere, and by the way, why not? It's not perishable, and it's un- touched. The pandemic is over. Why won't they let me return something bought yesterday? I don't get it, and I don't appreciate their snottiness either. Super unfriendly, Safeway. Be advised.
