We came here the place is pretty big. I noticed they had a lot of things that were older. Most books were older. They had a lot of Christmas decorations at a great price. I also noticed they have nice furniture for a great price. The service was outstanding. The person who rang us up was friendly and very helpful. Overall an okay experience.

I’m a frequent shopper here, the often have sales and prices that can’t be beat. Their organization also does a lot of good for the community!

A lady who was working at the register bee lines it to me and fallowed me around the entire store as if I was actually going to steal...and from a thrift store at that! Mind you, I just finished giving donations right before I began to shop for myself. Me and my aunt have been coming here for a while now when we go thrifting and I've never felt unwelcome at this store ever until today by this specific individual. I was immediately judged because of tattoos and the way I dress...maybe if I looked like her I'd be ok to shop there from now on? Just because a person does not fit YOUR narrative doesn't mean they're a bad person. Check your Karen tendencies and mind set at the door before you intentionally make others feel uncomfortable and unwanted there like you did to me today. I will never give another donation or another cent to this place ever. Thanks for running off another loyal customer.

Been going here for 4 years since I moved here after the fires and was able to practically refurnish my house with beautiful antiques from here spending hundreds of dollars here. However recently I went and was treated like scum by an old Hispanic man. Quite literally shooed away and he wouldn't look at my donations. I've never been turned away for donations and he called it junk without even opening the bag ( it had a brand new 60 dollar Contigo thermos with tags still on it and a steel tray also with tags on it) Ended up throwing away some really beautiful things people could have used. Won't ever be going back because of how he treats people. I don't donate junk. I'm a fire victim who knows all to well how gross people donations can be and am beyond shocked he wouldn't even open the bag to see what we had to give and immediately insulted us. Definitely won't go back to a racist group. I have a feeling I know why they keep him in the back he is terrible for business..bummer because this was the only decent thrift store left.

This thrift store has a great mission and generally friendly staff. At times there are long stretches where inventory is stale. Lots of broken items. It can be hit or miss, and some of the high prices are laughable. They do have sales quite often and offer senior, veteran and student discounts. It's not a place I plan to go, but I will stop in if I happen to be in the neighborhood.

If I could leave 0 stars I would… I use to love shopping here it’s been a while now that I haven’t gone because their prices are outrageous, the most expensive 2nd hand store I’ve been too. They use to be super affordable now way more expensive then first hand retail stores super unfortunate with the way the world is now people can barely afford groceries let alone clothes or house needs. Do better for your community.

Large Rohnert Park store. Very friendly staff. Prices have drastically increased in the last 6 months and very unrealistic. Sometimes over new retail prices. Lots of broken items. But occasionally you might find a treasure

It's not the greatest looking thrift shop but You can definitely find some hidden gems in here. Some of the prices on the new racks are ridiculous (& the stuff isn't even new). But when they have sales it's definitely worth it

One of my favorite places in Sonoma County! This thrift store has a wide selection of clothes and furniture and great prices. There’s always a sale of some sort and you get to walk away with great deals because if it. Everything I’ve bought I’ve used and I’ve also found beautiful brand new clothes here for a great price. Love this location!

Goodwill was small and didn't have a lot to choose from. Lots of furniture. Prices were decent but I just didn't see anything worth buying. You would think that in a nicer neighborhood the store would have decent stuff. Also it was so hot. So unfair to have your employees work without any AC. Staff was friendly but I wouldn't come back.

This used to be a very cheap place to shop. It is still one of the cheaper 2nd hand shops but like other places the prices have gone up. I buy a lot of plates for my mosaics. They used to be Anywhere from $.25 to a dollar. Now the plates I've seen at the Dollar Store for $1 were 2.50. They still have bargains but just not as good.

So, I loaded up my car with clothing, shoes, appliances and dishes. The donation gate was closed with a note they were full or maxed out for donations. Wow, what a surprise. Can't imagine you could have too many donations with all the homeless and unemployed people we have in this county. It makes one wonder if their prices are too high and why they aren't giving away some of their "maxed out" supply. I could not find anything on the website saying not to try and drop off donations, so I'm kind of irritated at having made the effort for nothing. I don't like to donation to Goodwill because they are not a non-profit, but I will definitely call first. Too bad St. Vincent dePaul.
