“I visited Whipper Snappers for the first time and can't say enough great things about this place! First off, I love that this is a local family owned business.
I went there looking for some items for my nephew that will be born soon. I was warmly welcomed as soon as I walked in and the service was excellent!
They have a great selection of baby and children's clothing, shoes, baby gear, toys, bibs, burb clothes, books, and more.
The items are reasonably priced and there are lots of high quality items that are gently used in the store so you will have a great selection to choose from.
I also really loved how well organized and clean the store was. It made it easy to find what I was looking for and know where everything was at. I ended up getting three pairs of pants/leggings and a bib.
This place is amazing for both those that have kids and those that don't but want to love on and support those who do. They even have a carousal outside, which I thought was perfect! They also have a rewards program if you are a frequent shopper there. Highly recommend to all!”
“This is a great place to stock up on clothes and gifts as well! As a mom of three, I love that I can stock up on clothes for the whole season hear and not worry about the price! I love being able to sell here as well! My goal is to at least break even on what I sell and what I buy! But I do t feel bad when I go over. Spending $500 on clothes for all the kids doesn’t hurt when you have made that in selling back their gently used clothes! I also stock up on gifts, things for birthdays, and random prizes/rewards for the kids!”
“Although we've driven by this store many times, today for the first time we stopped in to take a look. What a wonderful surprise this "unique home, kids, baby and gift shop" was! Much larger than it appears on the outside with about half the store devoted to high quality baby and child items (that weren't exorbitantly priced) and the other half containing very nice gift and houseware items for the the adult crowd. Beautiful store located in the often-overlooked small down of Penngrove.”
“It’s not a huge Barnes & Noble, but it has a cute retro vibe on the outside and a decent selection of books and other goodies inside. The cashiers were a little interesting with their commentary to each other, but very kind and friendly to customers.”

“Very fun place, great worker and great atmosphere. Always willing and exited to help. I’ve literally found myself just talking to her instead of shopping. It’s great. She does take a hour-2 break which is clealry posted on the door. Anyone complaining is just flat out stupid.”

Poppy’s not only has an incredible variety of toys for kids of all ages, it’s also owned by the kindest local family. They even have a sweet shop dog named Bruno that’s very friendly.
When you walk into Poppy’s you immediately feel welcome by the warm and knowledge staff. They’re really helpful and will guide to the perfect gift for any kid.
They also have this wonderful play area with delicious snacks and drinks and they encourage you to stay and hang out. It’s such a Petaluma gem!”
“The Bat Cave is a fantastic shop with a complete selection of comics, toys (action figures) that are well organized by genre and priced affordable to market. This shop is worth the trip and the owners are super kind.”

“Definitely the best hobby shop around these days. I travel all the way from Marin to go there. Went in today with a list of parts, and they had them all! Excellent service as well, friendly staff, and a great selection of hobby stuff. For sure my favorite hobby shop in California I've been to so far. Just wish they had a better website.”
