Went to see about getting a form notarized. Had an expired drivers license, but had a temporary license the cashier called her boss, and the boss started to talk trash with me standing there then she told the cashier to go to the back because I called her out, not go back where the boss talks trash about customers whether she’s in front or behind behind closed doors I wish I could give this I want a negative star

I brought my sealed Amazon package back to the UPS store. The gentleman manning the register was helping another customer, I didn't mind waiting. He went to help me, wouldn't accept the packaging as it was packaged. And then per the Amazon's instructions, i produce the QR code and they print the label. He wanted to know where my label was.He was rude, impatient, and was short in his options to help me.

Terrible customer service by the older lady running it. Had very little interest in helping me and then when her machines weren't working with my flash drive just gave a half hearted "sorry. Bye." The UPS store on Santa Rosa Ave has amazing customer service and I've never had a single issue going there with the exact same thing I tried to do here. I will be making the extra trip to SR Ave from now on.

I went to the store at 3:35pm to send a package when the website stated they were open till 4 and there was a note stating they left at 3:30pm this is ridiculous it’s only half an hour difference they couldn’t have stayed? I wasted my gas to get there in time hate this store

I was happily surprised by the efficiency and options for mailing by UPS. The customer service agent was helpful and friendly. I have been to this location on many occasions and she is calm even when the line is to the door. I imagine it will be out the door at the holidays. They have copy machines, they mail and ship via all sorts of options, they have packaging for different needs etc.My friend left her phone charger at my house and I sent it to her today. She lives 1.5 to 2 hours from us. She found me the best option via, USPS for $6.00. I will definitely return. Though, I hope there are more agents in the coming months. Maybe I was just early and they have additional help later in the day.

I went by the store this afternoon and once AGAIN the sign said they closed early due to lack of staff. This is happening a lot at this Golf Course Dr. location. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to get those employees more help. Sometimes the store doesn't even open due to lack of staff to open it. This has gone on too long. Either get those nice folks who do come to work some help or transfer them to the Commerce Blvd. store and CLOSE this store on Golf Course Drive! I'm not mad at the staff (they're kinda cool). However, the crash test dummy manager who is supposed to address these issues needs to be shown the door.

Came at noon, sign said closed for lunch, be back in 30 minutes. Grabbed lunch and waited in car. Watched 15 customers come to door and leave. At 12:45 the door is still closed, sign is still up, but clerk who let a delivery guy in tells me they had a customer in the store when they put up the sign so they'd open at 1:00. Why this pickup/drop off business thinks it's a good idea to be closed at noon or why this place thinks it's a good idea to put up a sign that is not true or why this place thinks it's okay for customers to come back mutiple times is why a place like this deserves a one star rating.

This store and it's staff over the years have consistently been our super hero's! From shipping, rotary, packaging and our business PO Box! Friendly, they remember me and they get the details correct! Even when they are busy, they are swift and have great attitudes and wonderful work ethics

Perhaps some of the overprivileged, whining Karens leaving bad reviews for this location should try working in a UPS store for a week, and see how well they fare against COVID employee shortages, holiday shipping rushes, and customers who think they know everything... ...all while making minimum wage. All I've ever witnessed from the employees at this store is hard work and exemplary customer service, especially considering that it's usually only one person stuck there working by themselves. We're in the midst of a global pandemic and the busiest shipping/return season of the year. Maybe some of you should grow up and muster a little patience and empathy. Just a thought...

Worst UPS store ever! I can see from the other reviews we are all experiencing this. Not only do they have atrocious customer service, they literally make up their hours every day. I can't tell you how many times I have driven all the way to their location for a simple shipment and they have a homemade sign on the door that says they closed early. Who does this?! The fact that they can't keep an employee says a lot. I will never return to this location.
