I went in today around 4:15 pm to sign and receive my package that I got notified this morning by UPS email that my package was received from this UPS store at 9:53 am this morning. The female employee went on the computer and she told your package wasn't received and isn't in the system. It could be still on the truck. I showed her the email from UPS notification that UPS driver delivered and received by a male employee from this location this morning. She got very rude after I showed her the proof of notification. "We can't do nothing about it. Its not here and not in the system. Come back another time!" WOW!! That blew my mind how rude she was to me. Very disrespectful employee.

This jagoff Rudy Giuliani-looking guy is the most obnoxious, incompetent employee I've ever seen!! Never had an employee be so rude when I did nothing contemptable. I will be going to the UPS near Walmart Neighborhood Market from now on.

I was just given the most obnoxious worker this place has EVER had. My go to store forced me to buy a box when it said IN WRITING I SHOWED HIM. no boxes and made me buy the boxes or I couldn’t send my free send back packages back. Left store shaking.

Not very pleased with the customer service I received yesterday. I was simply going in todrop off a pkg. The flamboyant associate who came up to the counter was not customer friendly. And the other associate who seemed to be the mgr was arguing with a customer. It appeared the customer did not understand that the document he wanted notarized required the other party who signed theDocument needed to be present. I kindly said to the two that my pkg needed to go out today or marked today. Both associates were having difficulty with the register. They rudely stated to me that it wasn’t there problem that the system went down. I said “REALLY”. Well, I stepped away and calledAnotherUPS store and asked if there system was down and there reply was no. I told themThe situation and spoke with that store mgr. And he politely apologized for what I was experiencing. Mean while a customer walked in With pkgs and was out a few minutes later withA receipt in hand. So I wentIsnide to get pkg sent off. I’m not happy with that store. Bad customer store.

Poor customer service. Associate was too busy with "the line" to even answer my question if there was a box avaliable to rent after I waited in the line and paid 120 to ship my packages. I'll take my business to another location

I asked for certified mail they forgot to charge the stamp mid way through a issue with another customer I kinda assumed they charged me postage after they asked anything else terrible!

On the way to an appointment in San Francisco, I discovered one of the necessary 4 pages had been printed with a 5” blank skip in the center of the third page. We stopped here, at The UPS Stire Rohnert Park, for a quick email to them of the needed page and the young gentleman at the counter quickly printed and we were on our way. I believe his name was Eric, but I could be wrong as we were not expecting to have to stop, so rushed in and back out. Thanks for excellent service!

I wanted to fax time sensitive loan documents, and was told the fax machine was unable to send my docs . I asked about overnight, $80 too expensive. Was told for $6.00 my documents would be there by March 9th. It is now the 12th , documents are at some facility within USPS , with no time of destination given . When I called UPS to suggest they NOT give out time , if they are going to send regular mail , she told me to complain to USPS . Why would I do that ? They didn't make me any promises , UPS did . Anywho , thanks , lost out on my home .
