I've had it with this bank. Customer service is non-existent here. I opened a business account last year. Getting started was difficult. I didn't receive an ATM card. No one at this branch could help, but they gave me a number to call. I left a message and heard back a week later. I was told to wait. I was limited on the checks I could deposit with the app, making the bank unusable for me. The man who called me said there was nothing he could do to raise the limit. I would need to wait a month or so. After about a month, my limit was raised. Kinda surprising that a bank would not let you deposit all you want. When I first opened the account, I couldn't get help over the phone so I went into this branch. Total disarray. There were four staff people huddled around a desk. It looked like they were training. There was only one teller and she was clearly sick - coughing and blowing her nose - and she was deeply involved with a customer ahead of me who was telling about her vacation and other personal non-banking things. I waited patiently, certain the staff person saw me and would cut the conversation short so she could get back to business, but no luck. Finally I interrupted and the customer ahead of me wrapped up her long stories. I only had one question: what is the bank's routing number. I also needed the fraction that goes on checks because I wanted to print checks. She didn't know. So, I said just give me some voucher checks and I'll be fine. They didn't have any! They said I could go to their Santa Rosa branch and they might have some. No thanks. She said she could have someone call me and I gratefully accepted her offer. A few days later, someone did call (whew!) but she told me she didn't have the information I needed. It's like the question had never come up before! What's especially annoying is seeing TV commercials where a perky young lady boasts of how US Bank is growing and she even said they are ranked #1 in customer service! The bar is not set high for banks. They're all cutting back on customer service, but I've never had experiences as poor as I've had with US Bank and the RP branch.

Rohnert Park's Useless Bank branch was useful.... Cashiers Check to get an apartment was no problem. No drive-thru ATM, ..... but plenty of free parking.

I'm not exaggerating here, or making a spur-of-the-moment comment based on one bad experience. Mistakes happen. Some people have bad days. I understand this. But this branch has been a continued nightmare for us, and how they treated us the other day is what pushed me to make this post. Please know this branch is horrible--mainly the manager and the way she oversees her branch. One time a few months ago, she accused me of faking a signature on an endorsement. She said it outright to me. Based on my obvious shock, as well as my request to speak to her district manager, she instantly knew she was wrong. The endorser was also a US Bank account holder, so she had his information. I insisted she call him and verify he did in fact endorse it. She eventually did, and she realized she was wrong. I'm 60 years old, have had accounts at US Bank for 17 years. Never one problem with me. Then this. Also very embarrassing. I let it go and remained with US Bank, figuring maybe the manager had a bad day. I had not been in the branch since, until the other day. I had to get two kinda large cashiers checks. The money was in my account, and it should have been a no-brainer. But then the manager is interrogating me--asking me where the money came from (I had wired it in from one of my other banks that didn't have a local branch), and what was I doing with this check. Excuse me!? Do I have to tell a bank where my money came from and what I'm doing with it? This is my money, it's legit of course, and came from another huge legit bank, and I'm getting a cashier's check. Period. Needless to say, I did not answer her question. What if I was getting elective surgery or something? Regardless, it's none of her business, and as long as I am not doing anything wrong, then just do your job. I understand you have to verify things, but I rudely interrogating the customer and overstepping your bounds in not included. It was very upsetting and I am done with US Bank for good. My wife and I immediately drove down the road to Exchange Bank and opened new accounts there. As soon as we change over all of our auto-withdrawals, we're closing out our US Bank accounts. Seriously, the manager should really ask herself why she treats her customers like this and if she can not change, maybe a position of some authority is not the place for her. I'm sorry if this sounds mean, but she was mean to us for no reason on more than one occasion.

Every time I have gone into this branch, there is only 2 tellers working, no managers or customer service reps. I just left this branch after standing 10 minutes to get change from the $20 bill I got from the 1 only ATM outside. In the process of waiting, 13 people joined me and now only 2 teller is available due to the other teller was still working with the same person she was working with when I originally entered the branch. 1 month ago, the only ATM outside took my ATM card and SHUTDOWN. It took 3 weeks to get a new card, though the rep on the phone told she she would send one overnight, which was confirmed later that she NEVER SENT ONE!! After 5 years with US BANK, I closed my accounts and opened new ones at REDWOOD CREDIT UNION after this mess. I recommend you do the same!! There is no integrity within this branch.

This is one of the worst branches of any bank I have ever been affiliated with. I have been a very long time customer of US bank and when we moved up to Rohnert Park from SF, I continued to bank here...until now. We are looking for another bank and the customer service absolutely sucks and the ATM is almost always out of order. Last night my husband tried to deposit a check. He inserted his card and the machine went dark and that was it. Card gone. Then it lit back up but he couldn't get his card out. We tried leaving a message as it was after hours and the VM basically said to leave a message and then cut us off. As others have said, whenever we go inside to make a transaction it's a horrible experience always. Yep..after all these years, I/we are done with this bank.

Sheesh. I have 3 business accounts, personal, and a mortgage. Gone are the days we can walk in and do transactions so you are forced to make an appointment. I make an appointment, get there at 9:30 to open a new account. We are there for ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES with Kimberly. She ends up clicking a wrong button wiping out everything and tells us she can't help us anymore. She literally packs up and goes off to being a teller with an incomplete transaction. She tries to get us to write down on a piece of paper all our personal information including social security number so she can "do it later" - yea right, nice try. Here she originally told us two hours to do this transaction, then she wraps up closes down in 1 hr and 15 min to tell us "she will do it later".HORRIBLE!!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and will continue to do so. The staff has always been welcoming, friendly, and accurate. Beck always goes above and beyond!

UPDATE:The one star goes to the Area Manager. GET YOUR BRANCHES STAFFED! They need BREAKS! There should be ZERO reasons why your staff are working when in pain (their health comes FIRST!), under pressure with a line of pissed off customers (I was one then realizing this staff needs HELP! with a horrible shortage).Sheesh. I have 3 business accounts, personal, and a mortgage. Gone are the days we can walk in and do transactions so you are forced to make an appointment. I had to shout out Kelsey. It was a rough day with employees out so they only had two tellers. There was a long line of customers and one lady in particular was rude. We had a business appointment. Kelsey helped us. She did a great job handling the chaos that day with patience while getting no breaks. She deserves recognition. US Bank in Rohnert Park.

one star is way too generous for these jerks. due to the unbelievable, utterly gratuitous, bottom-of-the-barrel rudeness, arrogance, and unprofessionalism displayed by beck smith, i will never set foot into this branch again. this individual treated me to the worst, most abusive, highly inappropriate, insulting, and horrendous service i have ever experienced at any bank anywhere in the world. also painfully noticed same as other reviews: this place is slow, slow, slow as hell. they brazenly waste their customer's time without a second thought.

Pretty jarring walking into what's supposed to be a professional environment with only two people in the building and the one person I talk gets so easily confused like he doesn't do this every day for his job. Guess it doesn't take much to work at a bank these days huh?

Beck is absolutely awful. He is rude and condescending. He is more concerned with getting his credit card quota than assisting customers with their needs. I have complained about him to corporate twice and have gotten no where. He printed myself the complete wrong paper work because he was too busy talking over me than listening. Even after I brought to his attention that it was incorrect, he still tried to charge me. I've heard him be rude to other customers while standing in line. He went as far as to tell somebody "you do realize you have NO money in your account". I'd like for my complaints to be heard and dealt with. I've been with US bank for well over 20 years-at this point I am wondering if keeping him is worth losing more customers.
