Always had a great experience here. I love how its so close to my house making it more convenient. Taylor helped me out tremendously I greatly appreciate her. She was very professional, friendly, explained everything thoroughly and was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend her to anyone. 5/5 stars!

The worst post office in Sonoma county. The parcel box has been broken for a year. There is always vagrants and panhandlers at the door. Some of who bring infant children with them to panhandle and need turned into CPS. The post master apparently does nothing to remedy situation, place is total mess overall. This place needs a security guard. I hate it so bad I will drive to another town to drop off packages.

Manager here is so rude! Came and asked why my package was sent back without my consent and she snapped and said “ I don’t know human error” while I understood as humans we make mistakes but the deliverance was so rude! Definitely emailing her higher ups !

Doing a great job for me and my almost 90 year old mother over in B section. I can't remember her mail ladies name but she is a sweetheart.

The delivery guy drive so fast in the neighborhood 9/29/24 Sunday around 5.50pm the old guy on small van .my kids playing in the parking lot and he so rude with kids when I'm going to ask him what happened he ran away fast .USPS need to teach him how to drive in the neighborhood.

94928 USPS staff hustle.
Go there early AM & they are filling the route vans like they do care.
They even deliver packages to your door on Sundays.

Dropped off 1 package on Feb 17 2023. After waiting for tracking updates I started 2 package searches. My eBay buyer never got his item. Both investigators said my package NEVER LEFT this post office after 3 weeks of researching. UNBELIEVABLE.

Usually our mail is delivered by a wonderful guy who's been working here for many years..Well he's not here this another person and when we came home all the mail boxes were opened this means anyone could take anymore "s mail..We went and closed all the boxes and put a call in to the post office.. Just very strange..I gave 4 star's because I really like our regular post man

I have to use the post office at least once a week. I have the choice to go to other offices and I will always choose Rohnert Park. Grace, Keith, Herman and Sue do what they can to get through the very long lines. I appreciate knowing when I come here I will have my mailings done properly.
