Dropped off 1 package on Feb 17 2023. After waiting for tracking updates I started 2 package searches. My eBay buyer never got his item. Both investigators said my package NEVER LEFT this post office after 3 weeks of researching. UNBELIEVABLE.

Usually our mail is delivered by a wonderful guy who's been working here for many years..Well he's not here this another person and when we came home all the mail boxes were opened this means anyone could take anymore "s mail..We went and closed all the boxes and put a call in to the post office.. Just very strange..I gave 4 star's because I really like our regular post man

I have to use the post office at least once a week. I have the choice to go to other offices and I will always choose Rohnert Park. Grace, Keith, Herman and Sue do what they can to get through the very long lines. I appreciate knowing when I come here I will have my mailings done properly.

Guy employee behind the counter (today 2/10/23) is super rude and unprofessional. His customer service is very passive aggressive. Clearly he doesn't like his job. The way he interacts with customers is very sub par. Definitely won't be going back to this usps location.

You know why postal workers go postal - because of the idiotic customers that mail their crap at this location. My eyes almost rolled into the back of my head having overheard some of the questions these imbeciles ask postal workers. We are talking about mind-numbing stupidity here. Please go to the USPS site to get informed before you hold up the entire line or start arguing with the postal workers over policy matters to which they have no control. Also, no one gives a sh*t what your stamps look like so just say yes to whatever they give you instead of perusing stamp collections like you are buying a new pair of glasses. And for the love of god, stop chatting these postal workers up like they are long-time family friends - there is a line of people having to listen to your desperate drivel. Luckily I only come here when I have to get delivery confirmation for eBay returns.If you read the negative reviews about this place, you will quickly know what I mean by "stupid customers". One guy was actually surprised his package needed a shipping label and dinged this place with a negative review. That's kind of stupid you can't even put into words. People also expect these poor folks to roll out the red carpet for them, often complaining about the "attitude" behind the counter. Did it even occur to you dumb sh*ts that they are trying to keep line times to a minimum? You are there to mail stuff, they don't give AF who you are or about your personal life.

My biggest beef with this location has to do with its exterior. First, the panhandlers next to the front door need to go. I'm sorry if I sound callous, but they're often in the way physically. And second, the parking spots in front should be reserved for postal patrons ONLY. I'm so tired of seeing inconsiderate people park there and then wander off to the grocery store, etc. USPS, please take action.

whoever was working the front desk today, I believe his name was Herman O., he is very very very unprofessional and rude. I got in line, there were about 4 people ahead of me, and grabbed a priority shipping box because I had already paid for a priority shipping label, I just needed a box. He immediately started yelling at me that I can't use that box for flat rate. I repeatedly politely told him I had a priority shipping label and he ignored me. He then said the package needed to be ready to go by the time I got up to the kiosk mind you I'm not even close to there, he is yelling at me while helping other customers. No biggy I can assemble the box. So I get up to the Kiosk and he asks me if I have tape because he won't print a new label that can stick on the box or help me whatsoever with putting the label on the box so he makes me purchase a thing of packing tape then proceeds to tell me I'm too slow at taping the label and he'll do it himself, takes the tape and does it himself. The lady behind me even said she was shocked at the whole interaction. I will forever use UPS for all my shipping

Post master and another associate disrespected my story and abruptly hung up. I left my wallet in the post office for 15 min… completely in a rush and days later received my ID alone in the mail coming from this office. :/ I called the office to see if we can see some footage, or maybe speak to the associate who mailed it in. I received a very disrespectful response to my wishes and I said I would like to call the cops because I am a bit suspicious… they said “whatever” and hung up.

It took 2 weeks for me to get a check from Petaluma! When I received it, it looked like it had been dropped in the gutter. It obviously got wet and was covered with what appeared to be rust stains????

Keith was giving me a hard time by not letting me use the tape as they always did when I shipped packages out. He told me it's their policy to not let anyone use it and to buy my own. When in fact 2 other customers in front of me ( white ) he had no problem letting them use it with no charge or making them buy their own. When I asked why I wasn't allowed to use it and why he let them use it with no charge his response was " just because " I always come here to ship, and everyone else always, always let's me use the tape they have.
