One star because I was not able to give zero stars. Unbelievable this branch teller today. So I go to this branch at 300 Rohnert Park Expressway in Rohnert Park California. It's 3:15pm on this Monday afternoon June 26, 2023. I walk in the branch there are two tellers helping two customers. There's one customer in line I walk up get in line behind her. I'm hearing the conversation between the teller and one of the customers being helped. It sounded like the elderly lady customer had her daughter set up an on line account to help her elderly mother pay her bills on line. The teller proceeded to tell the elderly mother that she the teller was going to delete the customers online account because she the mother did not create the account herself. That because she had her daughter create it she the teller could not allow her the mother to have the on line account. When the elderly mother explained to the teller that she gave her adult daughter permission to set the account up for her the teller again told her she was not allowed to do that and continued to delete the on line account. Then the elderly mother called her daughter and asked the teller to explain to her daughter why she deleted her on line account. The teller said "I can't talk to your daughter about your account at all. I'm not aloud to talk to her." The elderly mother was telling the teller she gives her permission to talk to her. But the teller refused to talk to her. Then another customer comes in and walks up in line behind me. Now at this time I've been waiting in line for about 20 minutes. The lady behind me walks over and grabs a chair and brings it over behind me to sit down. The teller still with the elderly mother says to the lady behind me " I'm sorry but you have to put the chair back you are not allowed to sit while in line. " The lady behind me tries to explain she had an injured foot that was very painful and needed to sit down. The teller again told her "the chair had to be put back she could not sit in line and someone else might need the chair." I finally spoke up and said towards the teller "come on there are 10 other chairs if some comes in and needs one" then I turned to the lady and told her to sit in it. The elderly mother then said to the teller "I don't understand why you won't let her sit down she has a bad foot." The teller then said " I'm allowing her to sit this time" The teller also told the elderly mother that if she wanted her daughter to have access to her accounts her daughter would have to pay an attorney to draw up paperwork to give her access. WTF? I take care of my parents bills. I set up an on line account to pay their bills. My parents called in told the person on the phone they give permission for them to talk to me and then handed me the phone and the employee talked to me. I now have complete access to my parents account with a POA (Power of Attorney). I have never seen or heard anyone tell customers the thing this teller said. One have a heart. The elderly mother wanted her daughters helps with her accounts. The elderly mother even told the teller her daughter is the trustee and get all her money if she dies. Also have some compassion for customers having to stand in line for so long when they are injured and in pain. While standing in line I kept thinking to myself I hope someone else helps me. When I finally was helped she's the one that calls me up. I was there to raise my daily debit card transaction amount. I even sent a text to my wife waiting in the car that if I get this teller she would say it can't be done. Yup I was right she said I would have to fill out some forms then it has to be approved by a manager and then they would have to run a hard credit check on me before it gets approved. I have thousands of dollars in the account and I have to have a credit check approved to be able to use it? Again I say WTF? By the way the business card at this tellers window said this tellers name is Rebecc

Worst. Bank. Ever. Rude. Weird. Possibly shady. They would not honor the Trust, we were repeatedly unable to disperse the money, as mandated in the Will and Trust. We had all of the proper paperwork, yet they still denied us the money, despite all legal paperwork that all other banks honor. We went back for the third time in order to settle the Trust Estate, with a letter from a lawyer, which they almost refused to even look at, until we pointed out the legal clause listed in the letter.

Definitely won't be back! Terrible experience, terrible service and procedures. If you want someone to be a future customer of your bank, don't be rude and unhelpful. Just like others here, I had major issues cashing a check that was written to me and I was treated as if I was doing something wrong by trying to cash the check. Also, 10.00 because I am not a member of your bank? Really?! And why on earth would I become a patron of your bank and support such ridiculous fees?!
