You cannot use your debit card to pay at the pumps outside unless your account has $100 or more. NEVER heard of such things at a gas station lol smh …Something is off about this gas station. If it’s not the cashier with an attitude problem it’s the pumps declining payment because it’s under $100. Officially done with gas station for good.

This is for the car wash. They tried to deny our use of their coupon and then did a terrible job of washing the inside of the car. There's visible dog hair AND drool. Our hand held vacuum can get the hair and cold water an get the drool, we just thought we were saving time. Awful, over priced.

Some of the staff at Arco are very rude, nasty and discourteous!! I took my car there to get detailed, and they overcharged me on purpose, and did a horrible job on my car. They kept speaking spanish amongst each other, and was talking and laughing at me!! Little did they know that I speak Spanish as well. I felt very uncomfortable and humiliated. Also, the lady who works on the weekends need to be retrained in customer service. The owner is very pleasant though, but should consider hiring a new staff, this dosen't look good for Arco.

Really disappointed in my local ARCO station. I have a leak in my tire and asked the service repair shop if they wouldn’t mind taking a look at it. They said they would, but would need some time to do that. As I had two children in the car and needed to get them to school, I asked if I could go and come back in about 30 minutes to which they said yes of course. I asked the woman at the cash register if she could please allow me to use the air machine so I could top off my tire for the 30 minutes. It would take me to get back since my psi was 33. I drive a Tesla, so was not purchasing gas at the gas station that day. However, I was a customer using the service department. And, have used the gas station many times previously with prior gasoline using cars. Not only did the woman tell me nope she couldn’t help me, but she handed me a paper saying sorry nothing I can do about it. Don’t buy gas. Don’t get air. Never in my life, have I seen anyone with complete disregard for a potential customer. The cashiers have access to the air machine and have a button they can switch to turn it on and off. It is air. In California, it is a customer right to be able to use air. At what point are we as Americans going to start being kind to each other. Way to lose a customer forever.

I have had my car (2006 Mercedes CLK) serviced at this service station for the past 6 years and have always been pleased with the work they have done. Reasonable prices and excellent services. I highly recommend their services.

Been bringing all my European cars to them for over 15years now. Experienced and Professional Crew.
Fair price and excellent service.
My kids bring their Japanese and American cars too. All are satisfied.
Alberto and Jose are very friendly. Their auras are contagious to the new guys. They go beyond normal customer service.

I always fill up my car here. They have the best gas prices in Rolling Hills area. Recently I gave their repair shop the opportunity to fix the AC of my Mercedes. I must say they made a great job at a reasonable price. Alberto and Jose are super knowledgeable and very helpful. They won’t hard sell you anything and have extremely fair prices. This is a place you can trust.

Best gas prices on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, and I got a smog check done for $50 out the door in less than an hour. Recommended.

The price of the car wash is double then the car wash up the street. I had water spots on my car and they left it inside of my car with white residue. I will never go here again!!!!
