I had lost my SIM card in Thailand while changing SIM cards.
As soon as I returned to America, I went to this store. Deejay the manager was there and he took the time to help me get a new one and set up my phone again.
He was so patient and nice.
The store is lucky to have him work there.

AT&T wanted me to share my experience at their store, but that’s irrelevant. My problem should’ve been able to be handled over the phone, but I couldn’t get a live person. AT&T has made it impossible to get anything done with any complexity through their automated system. I hope someone from AT&T reads this, but I doubt it customer concerns of the least of their priorities.

Big thanks to Ariana!! Been dealing with some issues for a couple months and I decided to stop dealing with the people over the phone. No help at all. She was so helpful with dealing with customer service. If you can avoid calling please go to this store!!

I needed to upgrade a phone and luckily at the Rolling Hills store I was greeted by Arrianna. She changed my mind about my AT&T store experience. Arrianna greeted me with a smile, made great suggestions about my options, explained everything I needed to know and took the time to give 100% great customer service. She even laughed at my hubby’s corny dad jokes. What an angel!!!! Arrianna is an asset to AT&T. She got customer service RIGHT. Very refreshing in this day and age. Thank you Arrianna.

Arianna was the model of a perfect employee. She is kind of person you want representing your company. She listened to what I needed she communicated my options, answered my questions and got me what I needed. She was polite, attentive, well spoken, knowledgeable about your products and d she seems to genuinely enjoy her job.
Every company should be lucky enough to have team members like Arianna.

Dylan is so awesome! He is very knowledgeable and efficient! I went in for an iPhone upgrade, he helped me understand how to get more iCloud space to keep all my old photos off my new phone and save space! So thankful for him and all his help! Will definitely be back to work with Dylan. I recommend him if you need anything iPhone, Android, or Google phone related! He knows it all!
