“Very professional, honest and clear upfront pricing. I came in with the check engine light on and they were able to diagnose it and repair it on the same day! They also did some extra work to make sure other parts of the same system are clean and functioning properly so I don't end up with the same problem again and all that extra work was included in their diagnostic fee! My go to place from now on for sure!”

“My Jeep was in need of a good detail, it had been a year since it's last shampoo and wax. Raffi went over several options, in the end I went for the full detail, happy I did because the quality of his work is excellent. You do need to allow time because it is hand wash it takes longer but the wait is worth it. There are plenty of nearby restaurants to go grab some food while they work. Will be back again for regular washes.”

“• Regular text reminders for appt • Friendly, Honest Staff • Sunroof fixed within an hour of appt time • Total cost = diagnostic fee Many thanks for getting the job done so quickly - at minimal cost - and fixing a problem that's plagued me for almost 2 years now! Since I don't have to worry about my roof leaking anymore, nor taping a large bag over it to prevent leakage, I was able to run my car through the car wash (which it needed badly) & and am worry-free about any subsequent electrical damage. You guys are great and I've now switched to you as my new dedicated mechanic!”

“It’s my 2nd time bringing in a vehicle to this repair shop. Since day 1 (both times); very communicative and on top of their game. Gregg made the process extremely easy, and was in full communication with my insurance to complete this process. My car was returned a few weeks later; looking like nothing ever happened. Super pleased with their quality of service. Thanks again!!”

“I recently had body damage on the sliding door and rear quarter area of my Honda Odyssey and was initially quoted around $7,000 by another shop for a panel replacement. Gordon's of Torrance repaired it using metal work instead, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. The body lines look smooth, the paint match is very good, and the sliding door operates perfectly. Ingrid was very helpful throughout the process and kept me informed along the way. I’m very impressed with the craftsmanship of their technicians and truly appreciate the care they put into the repair. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for honest work and skilled technicians.”

“I went to get pricing for my Mercedes . I was met there by Elizabeth the Manager upon arrival. I was overwhelmed by her overall knowledge & history with paint shops over the last 30+ yrs. She also knew alot about paint specifics. Exactly what I was looking for. Her expertise convinced me to leave my car for a complete paint job. The job was well done. There was one little hiccup that she addressed expediantly. I can't say that Sam's character was nearly the same. Elizabeth said she would address Sam's subpar character immediately....The other lady behind the counter hospitality was above & beyond too.....I recommend this location. I like the quality of work that was produced.....if u utilize them ask for Elizabeth & give her my name.”

“No wonder ChatGPT recommended this collision shop — they truly deserve it. My car got scratched after someone backed into it at my work parking lot. My husband was hesitant to go to a body shop because we expected it would be expensive. Still, we decided to walk in, and from the moment we arrived, we were given full attention and treated with genuine kindness and respect. Their customer service is outstanding. They didn’t rush us, didn’t pressure us, and didn’t make us feel like just another transaction. You can immediately tell that this shop values passion, integrity, and people over money — which is rare these days. They are not only experts at what they do, but they also give you peace of mind. You feel confident about the quality of the work and the value for your money. This place is truly a GEM ? in Carson. If you’re looking for a collision shop that combines skill, honesty, and heart — this is it. Highly, highly recommended. Gracias, Señor! ?”

“Adam, the manager, suggested I have a ceramic coat applied to the paint of my newly purchased Tesla. It apparently provides several years of paint protection. It does cost a bit more than having a hand applied wax protection every several months. The paint looks great, and I don't have to get the wax protection repeated for optimal maintenance. This company also does hand washing and hand waxing for protection. There were some awesome classic cars in their facility for care. Every person was helpful, including a ride home and back the next day for pick-up.”

“I recently had Robert detail my Honda Accord Sport, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The exterior looks brand new, with a brilliant shine that highlights every angle. Inside, the car not only looks immaculate, but it also smells fantastic thanks to Robert's meticulous cleaning. He left no stone unturned, thoroughly cleaning the upholstery and polishing the dashboard until it gleamed. I highly recommend Robert for anyone looking to make their vehicle look and smell its best!”

“I came to this shop because I had a brand new rental and there was a scratch I wasn't sure if it was from me or not anyways I tried auto zone, orileys and one other shop to no avail. A customer inside auto zone told me about this spit. I was greeted by a super friendly guy named Miguel and he knew his paints too. He color matched my car perfect. Customer service is so important and Miguel and the guy he was working with were a 6 out of 5. Highly recommend. They can match any paint job big or small, even brand new cars. Thanks guys keep up the positive demeanor your Boss should be proud!”

“I needed some assistance with oxidation on my son's car. Coming from Europe where oxidation is uncommon, I knew nothing about it and Jose could have told/ sold me anything. Instead, he was open and honest about what he could and could not do and what we should expect. And at a very fair price. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Would HIGHLY recommend him and his team.”
