I have dealt with numerous banks in my life. East West Bank, especially, the Rolling Hills branch, beats every other bank by a wide margin. Superb customer service, very professional people, and extremely kind people. I am so glad I found this bank. Ann Huynh is a gem of a person. I would do business with this bank again and again.

I am so pleased with the personal service I received at east West Bank I had never done any on line bill pay Sufan who helped me open my account showed me her personal account and showed me how she does her bill pay I brought some of my bills with me and we input 4 or 5 I am now paying my bills easily I can't say enough about this particular branch!!

Best East West Bank location ever! I love coming here! The staff is always so pleasant and friendly. They are never pushy and they know my name. When I visit other banks, I feel like they are here to help and then push me to another person before leaving to set me up with loans or whatever product they are pushing. The people here are always so friendly. I like our relationship!

When I came to this location to make deposit, the customer service from Sufan and Kai Feng was exceptional, they provided excellent customer service and completed my transaction in no time. The branch manager greet me and recommended financial services and products. Will definitely recommend this bank!

Bilingual staff speak Chinese and English. Plenty of parking in a private lot. I don’t like how you have to come into the branch though to close your account—would have been more convenient if they would do it over the phone, especially due to COVID-19 social distancing concerns.

Very unprofessional. I made a withdraw of three thousand dollars. The lazy bank teller was supposed to count the money in front of me and then hand the money over to me to count for myself . She just took the cash out of the money counter and said here you go. I never seen a bank teller do that.

I'm guessing if you're Asian you are allowed to cut the line and get many compliments about your dress from all the workers.. Must be awesome...2 seconds later you finally get acknowledged and receive the help you came in for. I'll stick to torrance or carson location, much better customer service..
