Overpriced. I found this place on Yelp and came because of the reviews. Nice people but the alteration is overpriced. I took a skirt that needed to be re-stitch (the zipper stitching was coming apart). I was given a quote but when I asked why it was so much I was told the entire zipper has to come off for them to re-stitch it. When I mentioned the cost to a friend it was brought to my attention that it was expensive. I called 4 other places locally, explained what needed to be done (and said the zipper had to be taken off completely) including the type of material, and they all quoted me 1/2 the price.

Let's keep this honest and fair. The prices are not the cheapest but they're standard for PV. I wish they would wash casual shirts for men but they don't. Only dry clean. Other than that they have an on-site plant, they're honest with prices and timing. No shannanigans. Dry cleaning is expensive but what can you do? I can hand wash suits and fancy Pakistani/Indian outfits. They're nice and helpful. They offer every time to help me to the car. The parking spots are right in front so I don't have to unload the kids. Bottom Line:-Convenient -Efficient-Good Parking

Overall: this place gets the job donePros: clean interiors , friendly staffCons: doesn't really offer any new customer discount, price match competitor coupons, or provide a quick turn around with dry cleaned clothes. Final: go if you need to get something dry cleaned correctly. If you're looking for a good deal or something done in a time crunch- this isn't your place.

I used to go to Unique Cleaners for my clothes but I decided to try Elegance Cleaners based on the 5 star reviews. I am so glad I switched considering their prices are much more reasonable. The gal in the front is welcoming and friendly and told me that this is a family owned business of 20 years. You can also get your clothes hemmed here. I came on a Monday morning for a dry clean and they were done that same day. If you love to support small family owned businesses like me - definitely come here. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic quality service by Amy - I think the best I have ever had after living in NYC - SF - LA and LV!!! Tissue in the clothes - Items neatly folded over hangers - Great prices - A must GO TO for dry cleaning, laundry and tailoring too - I just write directions + pin to each item - Really a find - Love this CLEANERS :)
