After struggling to find the right stylist for years, I finally feel like I've found someone I can truly connect with. From the moment I walked into the salon, Felix made me feel welcome with his warm and friendly demeanor. He took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s clear that he is not only kind but also genuinely cares about his clients.What impressed me most about Felix is his extensive knowledge and expertise in hair styling. He is well-educated in the latest trends and techniques, and he shared insightful tips that made me feel more confident about my hair. Laura M took care of me today. She gave me the most comfortable shampoo I’ve had and knew exactly what to ask to create a fresh new style. Laura was so kind and she really knows what she’s doing with hair. Choosing a stylist can be difficult but Laura makes that much easier with her comforting personality.

I got a haircut with Vladana. She was so lovely and took the time to do my hair with so much love. I’ve had 3 different stylists since i moved to CA and Vladana was the only one who actually left me liking how i looked. Definitely going to back, wish I’d find her sooner

Great, beautiful and clean spot. Rebecca takes extra care and time to ensure your results are perfectly sculpted. They offer top shelf, product choice for aging, thinning, or hair susceptible to breakage. My biggest three foes!
Requested style: Cut and shape with layers.
Specialties: The place requires some time as they spend a lot of time to sculpt, shape and deliver great results. I wouldn't trust anyone else!
Hair type: Thin, aging, easy to break.
Stylist: Rebecca is a pro and doesn't take short cuts!

I'd been coming to Felix Design Studio since we moved to the area, for about 5 years for now. I couldn't be happier with my experience all the times! During last my visit, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly attitude by the staff. The salon itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease.
The stylist I had, Robin, is always professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. He offered great suggestions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The end result was absolutely stunning – my hair always look good.
What truly sets this salon apart is the positive atmosphere. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, both staff and clients alike. It's clear that they prioritize creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone.
I highly recommend Felix Design Studio to anyone looking for top-notch service, a positive experience, and a fabulous hairstyle. I will definitely be returning! Thank you, guys, for your great job!

I'm so impressed with Tori's skills. My hair was over processed, brittle, and too short for my liking. When I thought I was at a dead end with my hair, tori knew exactly what to do. She brought my hair back to life. She applied a deep conditioning treatment, and installed 22 inch I-tip bellami hair extensions. Please see my pictures, they speak for themselves. The extensions look so natural. She color matched my hair with the extensions perfectly. I get so many compliments! Tori gained a lifetime client.

I had another hair stylist for nearly 20 years, but she retired and I needed someone new. It's tough for any place to live up to someone you've trusted for 20 years, but this salon was a rough start. I sat outside the salon for 10 minutes because they didn't open until 2-3 minutes after my appt time. I had thought I'd arrive early, relax, get a feel for the salon while awaiting my stylist, but that didn't happen. The salon was cold and empty when we entered, and there was no hot water. Having a freezing cold hair washing and a cold, unheated, unprepared salon at this price point was really surprising to me. It wasn't the experience I was hoping for when paying these higher rates. The positive part was certainly that the stylist did a pretty good hair cut. I don't know if I'll return because of these factors though. I think the freezing cold water was a dealbreaker to me when they explained that this happens a lot, and it's not in their control. If all of this only happens occasionally, I understand - but to pay higher prices for an uncomfortable experience doesn't sound like what I'm seeking in my next hair salon. Update: the owner personally called me after I posted this review and explained this isn't a typical experience, and a new hot water heater has already been installed. I really appreciate the customer service recovery, as I always feel more confident with businesses who handle things professionally when things go sideways. I'll give it another try and raised my review from 3 to 4.

Wonderful experience. Warm & friendly staff. Cut was beautiful! Love the modern and feminine pixie cut done by Robin Felix ? I also appreciated that Robin helped connect me with a makeup artist and stylist after I mentioned needing to prepare for a red carpet event happening in just a few days. Price was transparent and well worth it. Looking forward to coming back!
